This coffee maker does a good job of making coffee. I'm a long-time drip coffee drinker and I like my coffee light and sweet so a mild brew is for me. I do appreciate the option to make a darker brew, just in case I have a certain family member in the house who is fussier than me. I love that it has a timer so I can set it up the at night and have my coffee ready first thing in the morning. The carafe keeps the coffee warm, though I do wish it could keep it a little hotter. The only thing I don't like about the carafe is how hard it is to get every drop of coffee out. There always seems to be some left in carafe, no matter how much I tilt it. The design of the carafe definitely needs some work and that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice coffee maker with a simple 24-hour timer feature. Add water, add coffee, switch strong coffee button on or off, set up the current time (if your machine was disconnected for some time), set the time you want your machine to start working (allow 5 to 10 minutes for it to brew for strong coffee, depending on the amount you are making, and about half the time for a weaker one), and you are done. Easy to clean, too. (I would recommend running the machine with some baking soda occasionally. Will remove brown stains and oily build-ups.) As for me, the most useful features are auto-shut-off that lets you not to worry whether you turned it off, a fine nylon mesh filter that allows you to skip a paper filter, and a stainless steel double-wall thermal carafe that keeps your coffee hot for some time. The carafe, though, is a bit awkward to pour from. You need to press the lever on the lid and tilt the carafe at a large angle, and still some of the coffee you won't be able to get out. Not a big deal, though.

This is a very easy to use drip coffee maker; it is also incredibly easy to take apart and clean after the coffee has been brewed. The insulated carafe keeps coffee warm for hours, even without a heat-plate. Flavor is as expected for drip-coffee, no complaints here even though I don't normally brew with this method. The coffee brewer doesn't seem to have any idiosyncrasies, I suppose the only thing I would change is to make the beep after brewing is complete a bit louder. The carafe has a couple problems with the design, but nothing that stops it from being entirely usable. The double-walled design means there is going to be a lip that makes it hard to pour the last dregs of coffee from the carafe, but that's not a huge deal... just a design oddity. The other issue is with the twist-on lid; the only real way to loosen/tighten the lid is to put pressure on the coffee release lever, which seems flimsy enough to possibly break when doing this. Be very careful when screwing the carafe lid on and off. Recommended for the price, particularly with how long it keeps coffee warm.

So far it works great! Do keep in mind that when you brew your coffee only fill the container with how many cups you want to brew. Instructions aren’t clear it just says fill to the top (8 cups) and failed to mention if you fill it 8 cups it will give you 8 cups- I just don’t like wasting so just an FYI! Coffee is hot when it’s done but not boiling hot like some other coffee makers but honestly to me I like it like this because I’m able to drink it right away and don’t have to wait a few minutes to cool down but if you do let your cup sit for 3-5 minutes it might be a little too cooled for you if you like hot coffee so best to put it in a thermos to keep it constantly hot. Over all a decent coffee maker! I like that I can have a time set for my husband when he wakes up to go to work!

I got this so we could bring it on our long weekend trips to TN, GA, north AL, and other parts unknown yet. We like to take a long weekend and hit an AirBnB but my wife likes her coffee a certain way. We had a regular coffee maker but it's a glass carafe and I always worry about it breaking along the way or if we accidentally drop it. That won't happen with this maker and it's very sturdy and easy to use. It's just great. I love this. It's not our daily coffee maker because that's a bigger pot but this is the perfect answer for us.

This is a decent coffee maker with several setting options and a programable timer. Instructions were easy to read and follow. Set up was somewhat simple and overall size is pretty compact so not taking much space up on my counter. I wanted a coffee maker with a timer so I'd have my coffee started when I get up at 4:30am. There's no warming plate on this machine which is great if I do end up hitting that snooze button, no worries about starting a fire. The thermal carafe holds the temps for a good bit too, brew started at 4:45, second cup still close to hot at almost 6am. You can brew up to 8 cups or anything in between. The brew strength option is a bit wonky, doesn't hit much different for me.

In order to pour the last cup of coffee from the carafe, I had to literally turn it completely upside down. And it’s heavy. Most days I only drink one cup. It’s so very awkward to do this. I’m sending it back.
