I bought this one because of the heart shape on the bottom in the back and I absolutely love it. But most of the time I don’t wear the straps, I fold them inside before I fasten it because they dig and give me marks. Plus the lifting effect gives me hideous under arm rolls. I was really looking forward to wearing this on the 20th but now I can't becuase it arrived broken I would've tried to fix it myself but 1 the broken piece wasn't even in the bag and 2 the piece was plastic so I doubt I would have been able to fix it tbh. I bought this waist trainer expecting snatched. Cinched. Hourglass. What I received was… emotional support fabric. First of all, the compression? Where? I put this thing on and waited for the squeeze. The grip. The “ma’am, you can’t inhale like that anymore” energy. Instead, it hugged me like a distant relative. Polite. Gentle. Noncommittal. I tightened it to the last hook. Then I checked to make sure I didn’t accidentally order a “waist encourager.” I could still breathe deeply. I could still eat comfortably. I could probably do yoga in this thing. That is NOT the assignment. It promised sculpting. It delivered vibes. No snatch. No structure. No dramatic silhouette. Just me… wearing a slightly firmer tank top with ambition issues. Felt like great material, sturdy feeling and loved the clasps and zipper, but definitely not for long torso girlie's. I have a longer torso and it was too short for me, but for a normal torso or shorter one, it would probably be better. Gonna probably pass it on to a friend it may fit better.

It is awesome !!!! I love that it’s double layer, the hooks then the zipper, it’s very comfortable. I usually wear size M in clothes, 36DD, 175 lbs; I purchased a large and I have it on the third hook already (the tightest it goes for a Large)… I’m thinking of exchanging it for a Medium because this one fits me perfectly/comfortably, but we need it to feel tight/snatched to get the actual job done right lol ... show more

Comfortable, but because this waist trainer is more like cloth fabric. Does not fit tight at all. Really hard to zip up, and looks like it has a roll in mid back. I got a size medium.
