Just follow the size guide and it's great
I'm 5'7" 205 lbs, ordered size 2X and it fit the way it should for compression wear. Snug enough to do its job, but not super uncomfortable or difficult to breathe in like some dramatic reviewers have said. If you can't breathe in a compression tank top, you either didn't listen to the size recommendation or you need immediate medical attention. I find it particularly helpful for looking firmer after losing a lot of weight and having the saggy skin thing going on. I do see where it could be too long for a shorter person, though. It's long on me (which I like) and I'm tall-ish. I don't think it's minimizing on the chest anymore than any other cami I've worn. ... show more

Holy cow. I feel like the girls back on the day wearing a corset. I bought xxl because I wanted to make sure I got sucked in on my love handles and the pooch above the top of my bra when I wear tight shirts that show off my curves. Boy was this thing tight to get on but once I got it positioned it holds everything in the right area and all though it’s def tight it’s not hard to breath in or do I feel uncomfortable. It’s def holding everything in to make me feel more confident! I love it! Long shirts, but straps are uncomfortable
Nice, but straps dig in. They are long which I like, but the steaps can be uncomfortable. I like to sleep in my tummy control shirts, but with these I have to take the straps off during the night. The tummy control is also not is tight as I'd like. Next time I'll probably look for something with wider non adjustable straps. ... show more

Fits and smooths nicely!
Holds everything in place. Especially nice for a big woman like me. I hate wearing bras all the time, especially to my job (warehouse worker) under my t-shirts. This works well in its place.
