I think it’s a great product for a beginner. It’s not extremely tight and it’s comfortable to breathe and move around. The material is good quality for the price and it’s soft. The only thing I would change would be the length of it. I feel like my torso is a bit long and the garment isn’t long enough but of course every body type is different. I don’t feel like it gives my body a shape but it does make me look compressed. By the way I’m 160LB and 5 feet tall. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I was so excited to receive this product, but I was let down. The sizing guide was inaccurate for me. I did love the design, and the quality of the material. It seems very easy to button up too, I like how there’s multiple layers to button to adjust sizes. I was just disappointed in it being too small, I could barely get it across my back. I’m a size L usually and 175lbs at 5’4, and the Large was unfortunately way too small for me. I will order an XL this time because the waist trainer itself seemed to be really nice, and durable. The thickness seemed to be pretty comfortable too. I feel like I could wear this thing all day with no problems, I just need to Orr a larger size.

Love what this waist trainer has to offer. It’s not your typical shapewear; it truly functions as a trainer. I’ve struggled with lower belly fat my whole life. No matter what I tried—diet, cardio, weightlifting—nothing seemed to help (I might slim down, but no way achieved the hourglass figure nor getting rid of the fat pouch completely). This waist trainer is different. It’s firm enough to give me the slimming effect I’ve always wanted. I could wear a bodycon dress without feeling self conscious. So at least psychologically, it helps. Since I got it, I’ve been wearing it about 12 hours a day, every day (except for one day when I hand-washed it). I wear it to work, to the gym, and even during cardio and weightlifting workouts. Yes, it was a little uncomfortable at first, especially during the first week when it left some redness from pressure, but after a couple of weeks, it started to feel natural. I often forget I’m even wearing it. It also really helps with maintaining good posture. Just one month in, I can already see my curves becoming more defined. I’ve even moved on to the second row of hooks! My goal is to eventually fit into an XS. That said, I want to stress the importance of pairing this with proper diet and exercise. Yes, the trainer works—but like others have said, your lifestyle plays a huge role in the results. Use this as a tool to support your progress, not a shortcut. I bought an Small, my waist was 27” at the most narrow part. I’ll definitely continue using it—and hopefully be able to order the XS soon!
