This is so soft and comfortable to wear! It gently pulls my shoulders back to keep posture. I would say it's visible under tight clothes, but as long as your clothes aren't skin tight, nobody can see it. I was a little nervous about it being a medium, as I usually wear a small in clothes. But it can size down as much as you want because the whole frame is made out of a soft Velcro. Therefore, you can pull the straps in front as far as you want to feel snug. I did not feel any irritation on the arms which was the main thing I was considering. If you work at a computer most of they day, I strongly recommend this. If you work from home, I recommend this along with an under-desk walking pad. ... show more

I've never tried a posture corrector before, so I researched a bit and decided to give this one a go. Now that I really want to correct my posture, trying to check myself all day long to remember to stand up and sit up straight just isn't working, and my posture has been so bad that my body doesn't even really know what good posture feels like. This product does a great job of moving me into standing and sitting straighter and is great as a reminder not to slouch. While wearing it, I can still slouch a bit, but the corrector makes doing so a bit uncomfortable on the shoulders. Consequently, I know immediately that I have to adjust and straighten my body up. I never realized how much better my back would feel when standing and sitting properly to take the muscle and spinal strain of slouching away. However, if you're slouching because your back muscles are weak, be prepared for your back to feel a bit tired after wearing it because you're essentially giving those muscles a workout as they get stronger and get used to holding you in the new position. The material of this corrector is soft and comfortable, but there are shoulder attachments included if you need extra cushioning there. It seems to be well made and looks like it will be durable but I haven't had mine for long enough to know how well it holds up long term. The velcro is really grippy which is great for making fit adjustments. The back design of this corrector seems to have been well thought out - there's enough surface area to be well bracing, and the criss cross part sits low and between the shoulder blades instead of up higher and onto the cervical spine. Thus in addition to holding the shoulders back, the corrector gives great support to the thoracic spine. With regard to sizing, I am 5'2" and 155 pounds and the barrel of my chest measures 34". According to the chart I need the small/medium, so that's what I got. The straps come around my chest and attach so that there is only a little bit of overlap, and the shoulder pieces don't come any further than my sides. Stretching any of that so any of the bands overlap to the extent shown in the product pictures just isn't going to happen. I don't need it any tighter, but if you want a bit more wiggle room to make this bigger or smaller, then going to the next size up might be better. ... show more

After a back injury a couple years ago, and recent knee injury that required two surgeries in 2 months, my posture and how I carry myself has become terrible. I have worn this as instructed and started using it during my walks, so far it shows little bits of progress. I know it won't be a quick fix, it will take time to fix my posture but this feels and looks like it is helping my body little by little. Only giving it 4 stars for now to see how long this product will last. ... show more

I purchased this posture corrector primarily to help relieve back pain. I have scoliosis and was prescribed a muscle strengthening routine by my physical therapist to provide greater support to my spine to reduce back pain and tension headaches caused by my scoliosis. In the days right after my strengthening routine, my back muscles are very sore and are too weak to properly support my back, which gives me a lot of pain and will often cause a splitting headache. I bought this corrector in an attempt to provide back support on those days after my back workouts. It works perfectly! It's totally comfortable and often times I can avoid taking medication for my pain because when I put it on, my headaches lessen or disappear completely. I only wear it for a max of 3 hours per day per the instructions because I don't want to unintentionally weaken my back by wearing it too much. Although I have not been wearing it daily to correct my posture, I have still noticed noticed an improvement in my upper body posture as a consequence of wearing it every now and again for my pain. *EDIT* still a nice product that I enjoy and use very frequently, but seller reached out and asked that I change my review to 5 stars for a free gift.. I stand by my review. It’s a good product, but not 5 stars in my opinion. Fits so nice! Doesn’t dig into your skin at all and it feels so much more natural than other posture correctors I’ve tried. I would like to have been able to pick a smaller size. I’m very small (34 bust, a cup, 115 pounds) and it the straps have to overlap incorrectly for it to be tight enough. Makes putting it on take a bit more finagling to get it adjusted right. Keep that in mind if you are smaller, it might give you the same hassle as well. Additional colors would be nice too, but it seriously is great! ... show more
