I don't know why this rod only has 4 stars. I fish this thing like crazy and have two of them. No issues whatsoever. Would I use it for catfish? Absolutely not. Do I use it for pan fish, crappie, etc? All day long, and I have fun doing it all day long with this super light rod. This is a petite rod that's well made. I got this rod 7’, a 2500 spin reel and 10pound braided line. Great light rod to get the job done and have a ton of fun. The rod feels great and at the low price if it breaks oh well! I’m loving it so far!

Rod was shipped in an 8'x10"x10" box loose. Delivered with the box bent and half the rod sticking out through a hole in the end. The rod tip and two guides damaged plus a lot of damaged epoxy along the rod guides.
