When you order this, they just ask you the width that you need but not the length. We were thinking they were standard and there was no difference....boy were we wrong. This one is just under 3 inches longer that the one we are replacing. Folks, it makes a HUGE difference when you install it and when it rolls up. We re-installed this #&*@ thing like 7 times trying to get it to roll up right and get it tight against the camper. NOPE. It is on now after about 3 dozen rivets and a very long string of not nice words. I does not sit up tight against the camper, and the release 'hook' that you pull to allow it to unroll is up underneath now and hard to get to. It is the only way to make this work. Trust us. We were the comedy show of the block. People were stopping back by a second and third time to chat and see how things were going. 5 hours. Yep. If you ever thought 2.8 inches wasn't a big deal, think again. We watched more you-tube videos than there are discarded covid masks. None of them address this one. There is no way to shorten it, the old one is off and torn, we are stuck. SOOOOOOO, if you order this, it is very well made, it looks really nice, colors are good, seems much sturdier that the one our camper came with and we felt the price was good. It will take at least 3 of you to install it, and know you will be the neighborhood entertainment for the entire day.....so charge admission. It could make some of this worth while.....or not. ... show more

Purchase this awning around May 11 2019 and has ripped. It does have a 5 year warranty thus contracted ShadePro for return and replacement. Email pictures above to ShadePro awaiting for their response. ShadePro warranty replacement was made with no problems. **Gave 4 stars after replacement.

I received the awning it look beautiful. This morning with the sun hitting it there is a hole in it. I contacted the sellar and waiting for an answer. This took me and two other people 3 hours to install it. The customer service sent me a replacement which I received today. I am overwhelmed I am so happy. I have to say I have never dealt with a customer service department who were so caring and so responsive. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat to recommend purchasing awning replacement. You wanting replacement it's one of the most high quality I have ever seen that is number two the customer service is the most important part and they far out did and exceeded all my expectations. ... show more

Seems to be a good quality fabric, at least two or three times thicker than what we took off. Installation went pretty smooth, the hardest part was getting the fabric slid into the track on the trailer because it is heavy; that’s a good thing though. I watched several different videos of pros doing the install and learned a lot from those that made easier. My wife and I installed it with no problem. ... show more

Bought this awing from shade pro in April 2020 had it put on this is now August and it is coming apart in three places called shade pro sent them pictures of it they said they could not do any about it because it was over 30 days after a long talk on the phone they said they would give me back 20% will not buy any thing from them. ... show more

I replaced a 13’ awning ordered from RV dealer on a class C and it cost 864 installed. This was 1/4 of the price and I paid $120 to install it. I was concerned about it being so much cheaper so checked with my RV guy who said ShadePro was a great company. I can't say anything about the quality of the product as our original awning and frame got completely destroyed in a burst of wind before I'd even opened the bix from Shade Pro. So, am awaiting refund after their receipt of my return. But, on the plus side, shipping was very expedient. The package was in good shape and the material, when I opened the box to place the required return doc inside, appeared to be of very good quality. As noted in other reviews, the packaging is compact. Ours was a 16' awning and arrived in a box approximately 8" x 8" x 30". It's unfortunate we weren't able to use this item, but it certainly would have been more upsetting to lose new awning material with the wind damage rather than what we wanted to replace! ... show more
