Not gonna lie, I was very hesitant to buy big furniture from online. I’ve heard so many horror stories before and I recently purchased a tv stand from Walmart online and it was damaged. But I simply fell in love with this bed frame and was also in desperate need of one, so I caved and ordered it. And I’m happy to say that I was NOT disappointed! All of the parts came well packaged and we even had a couple of extra pieces in case any were lost. Instructions were very clear and each piece was clearly labeled. The frame itself is super sturdy and doesn’t squeak at all. I love this bed frame! Absolute recommend :)

I was not able to put the bed frame together because the part was to long. cannot fit, I was told no need to return, and I would get a refund. later that evening I was looking at my account to review the new bed frame ordered and saw that refund would be processed once item was received back. I had already put it out of the street for bulk trash tomorrow. Immediately I called Amazon customer service nice lady transferred me to another person that was supposed to resolve the return vs refund issue. He said he was going to check with his supervisor, I was put on hold for about 30 minutes, then just hung up on. I waited to see if I would get a call back maybe the call had dropped. Nothing !!! I had to call back and start all over again with someone else. In all the year's that I've been dealing with Amazon this is the first time I was every hung up on. The full size bed frame may have been good if it wasn't defective. I'll never know.
