Extremely well made bed. I am surprised at how sturdy and well made it . Very thoughtfully designed with slat caps keeping each slat in place. The hydraulic function works smoothly even with a giant 14” mattress on top. The storage space is amble. The parts are well labeled. Assembly instructions are clear. It did take me and my partner solid two hours 15 mins to put together only because there were a lot of steps. It is time consuming but easy to put together if you follow the instructions closely.

FREAKING OBSESSED. This bedframe was SO easy to put together & it’s so sleek. The one thing I love about this bed-frame is that I don’t need a box spring, the easy assembly was phenomenal, the bedframe lifts up for underneath storage. The height is perfect, as well as the material being fabric, rather than velvet. I’ve noticed a lot of beds being sold on Amazon have the velvet material which I do not like. It’s so sturdy! 10/10 would recommend to anybody!!!

We bought two of these queen size storage beds, and they are fantastic! The quality is solid. The best part? My 15-year-old son was able to assemble his on his own by just following the instructions — everything fit perfectly, and the hardware was well organized. The design is sleek and works well in any room, plus it feels very sturdy once assembled. Having the extra storage underneath has made such a difference in keeping the bedrooms organized. Definitely worth the purchase!

I honestly RARELY leave reviews but I absolutely love this bed, except for the height. 1st - It’s really not that difficult to assemble if you have a little common sense and take your time. 2nd - TAKE YOUR TIME, you can most definitely assemble this by yourself, I did with a bad back and bad knees, just clear your space and have confidence in yourself. I bought one of those beds from Costco that come in a box and it fits great, it’s VERY comfortable, and the hydraulics have no problem lifting it. It’s easy to go up, and it’s easy to go down. Do yourself a favor though, once everything is assembled and you’re going back through tightening everything up, take off the foot middle beam and put in your hand piece that is used for lifting the bed. This way it’s exactly centered, then replace the bolts and keep tightening. My ONLY con is that I wish it was four inches higher. I’m a tall person and used to a higher bed, it’s taken some getting used to but I love it! Great bed for storage underneath, I use the vacuum bags that compress things and it works great. Final thought, great buy for the money, very sturdy, and looks great! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the height.

King size Overall not a bad frame. Amazon quality as expected. Positive: -Goes together quite easily, takes longer to unpack than to assemble. -Black velvet is true black and not charcoal, very soft to the touch and smooth. Matched our room perfectly. -When empty the lift portion of the frame will shoot up if pulled just a slight amount. Struts are quite strong. Negative: -Slightly flimsy frame that is difficult to open and close evenly by yourself. Hollow metal frame and particle board parts make for a delicate time to move as well. Would be hard to reposition on carpet without 2 people. ******* PLEASE READ BELOW ******* -Hydraulic struts will NOT support mattress when raised. Not even close. We have a hybrid king from The Origonal Mattress Factory, 15" depth. Im 6' 220lbs and not slim or a stranger to heavy lifting. This is very difficult to raise and it will not hold the weight of the mattress. It comes crashing down fast. Very dangerous. This is partially due to the weight and the height of our mattress. Being 15" thick, it hirs the headboard. I pulled the mattress out away from it but the weight is still an issue. A 10" mattress would not hit the headboard when raised, but 10" mattress may leave a small gap at the headboard. Anything over 10" will not clear when raised. The ad should have really specified this. We reviewed the ad for the frame as we were buying a mattress and found no mention of height minimums or maximums. For a stationary frame I'd say 10/10 for the price. For a bed with advertised storage by means of lifting 3/10.
