This computer gets the job done and was an excellent price. I am taking a computer science course. The program that I had to download would not work on the Chromebook that I already had so I had to purchase a computer. The only drawback I have found is that the battery doesn't seem to hold a charge very long. The battery being fully charged doesn't seem to last very long. I find myself having to use my computer with it plugged up so I can get all my work done and when it is in standby mode or I'm not using it, it goes completely dead really quickly. I use my Chromebook for paying bills and stuff like that because it holds a charge longer. Other than that it is a good computer for what I needed it for.

I purchased the SGIN Windows 11 15.6-inch 12GB DDR4 512GB SSD Laptop because our other gaming laptop's screen started falling apart. I liked the specs, and it happened to be on sale. I have had it for a few months now, and here is my review: The only downfall so far with this laptop is that the battery life is not exceptional. With a power charger, it's been serviceable for our needs, and we have been able to take it on our road trips. The widescreen is amazing!! I am able to open multiple tabs, play a game like Don't Starve Together, surf the internet, and listen to a podcast without any lag. Additionally, the purchase of a 500-gigabyte micro SD card has been a game-changer, offering ample expandable memory for our family's diverse needs. I definitely recommend this laptop as it provides a decent gaming experience, had a hassle-free setup, and its speedy performance make it an excellent choice for gamers and multimedia enthusiasts alike.

I'm used to using a home computer (giant case and custom built for gaming...super expensive.) Recently, I decided to purchase a laptop for my job, travel, and the ability to use anywhere in my home. I didn't want to "break the bank, nor did I want a cheap frill-less piece of junk. I did my research and due diligence and stumbled upon this gem. It was ready to go right out of the box! I added Windows 11 when I purchased this laptop and haven't looked back! It has plenty of storage, a beautiful big screen, is very thin and lite (but rugged feeling) and runs smoothly. This is something I wish would have been around while my daughter was in school. I am completely satisfied with my purchase at this price point and feel that you would be as well!

The laptop is fantastic. It's so fast starting and navigating all areas. there have been no issues yet. I don't expect any at all. Love the entire computer and the windows 11. The first thing I noticed was the crisp, vivid colors of the display. Very nice. This laptop is much lighter than my previous one. So, that was an unexpected plus. This has Windows 11 so I can learn my way around as my other computer is Windows 10. Loads fast, keys are easy to use. (Some laptops you find yourself pounded on the keyboard). Delivery was quicker than indicated and the packaging was excellent. So many companies are cutting corners with packing material. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this laptop for under $400, who h was a steal for a laptop boating 24 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. I set it up without any issues, except one: I could not connect a second screen via the USB ports. I had to use a mini HDMI cord to set up the second screen. (Keep this in mind if you plan to use this laptop with multiple screens.) You must also use the providers charger because you may not use the USB C port to charge the laptop.

I purchased this computer and it didn’t work as described. Returned it and the second unit performed in the same manner. I am returning this unit as well. The seller was courteous about sending the unit but unfortunately I will be replacing this with a different brand.
