Computer worked okay for 6 months then it stopped charging. I tried to buy another charger (they're expensive) but couldn't find one that had a tip that fits. Even Amazon doesn't sell one. Without a working charger, I can't tell if the problem is the charger or the laptop. I definitely don't recommend and would not buy again. Needless to say, it's now too late to return it and the warranty has expired. ... show more

First off not sure how this cost over 1000 dollars not on sale because the processor is SUPER WEAK and the measly 4GB of Ram makes it so that the computer can't do anything multitasking. The storage amount is okay but emmc it extremely slow storage as well compared to modern computers. It's like a computer built for the previous decade. A CHROMEBOOK WOULD BE BETTER. ... show more

I didn't buy it but I saw the ad of $1,200 laptop for a cheaper price. I was excited to see what features a $1200 laptop has for an affordable price but it's "catfish". This laptop has 4 gb ram which means slower after a while of use. The memory kinda sucks too. My Dell XPS 15 was worth the $1000. This is worth $300 from the start. There is no deal.
