This item took forever to arrive and when it did, it was at least 3 sizes too small. I ordered a 2xl because I wanted a cute cloak that I could wear over heavy winter clothes. Well, the picture certainly looks cute, doesn't it...it's not wool, it's lined with polyester and the sweater part of it is so thin it wouldn't keep anyone warm! I am completely disappointed and will be returning it immediately, leaving me with no winter coat! This site obviously is really great at false advertising! Their information should say, 'if you want a coat that is thin, made completely of polyester...or some unknown material, comes 3-4 sizes smaller than what we advertise and has a sweater section that will let all the winter air through, then this cloak is for you!'. It does run slightly small, so order a size larger than you normally would buy. It's a lighter jacket, so won't do for the winter but should be just right for early spring or fall.

Ordered 10/27. Received 10/28 via USPS. My height and measurements: 5'3" and 286 lbs. with thick arms, pot belly, and big round butt. 42D bra size. This 2XL coat stops at my knees, wears as an A-Line/swing hemmed coat should. Arms are snug but not uncomfortable. I easily put my arms through the sleeves and remove them easily, too. The coat different fabrics: outer material, lining, knit collar and sleeves are very well sewn together. Description (on Amazon site) states "patchwork" on sleeves. My coat does not have any patchwork. Side pockets are swallow. The large size buttons are snug when buttoning/unbuttoning them; so I was gentle with them. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I - sincerely - hope my review is helpful. I did read customer reviews; but after I made my purchase. Even though some of the reviews were quite dated (e.g., 2018, 2019), I was concerned about the sizing issues some customers had experienced. ... show more

The only good thing going for this item is that it is a cute idea. That's it. The fit is totally off, the 2XL is more like a large. The quality is extremely poor. See the picture: the underside of one arm came apart in the FIRST day.

The quality of this coat is horrible - DO NOT BUY IT. I bought it for a work trip. I wore it for six hours and put it on and off twice. The left sleeve was a total blow out. Sleeves are made of sweater material, which is fine, but very poorly constructed. It’s 18° here, so I think he middle of my very busy day of meetings, I had to go to Old Navy to get a coat. I am very disappointed. I can’t imagine wasting my energy carrying it back home with me on two flights just to return this poorly made coat - that would be VERY cute if it were better made. I’m just going to eat the cost of this one and hope others don’t have the same issue. ... show more
