The stitch is great once you learn how to use it and is great to work with . Purchased in August 2025. Stopped working in the end of September 2025. Needle is hitting bobbing case, timing is incorrect. I watched the videos on YouTube how to correct timing, apparently it's a common problem. I disassembled the machine per video tutorial. Internal gears are made of plastic, I am surprised it lasted one month. Adjustments failed to correct the problem, the needle is still hitting the bobbing case. I changed the needle, it did not help either. Stay away.
