Let me start by saying I have bought several personal ACs in the past few years. Most of them did not do much in spite of frequently wetting down the air filter or filling a water tank. I was prepared to be unimpressed by this model (I actually bought two different models - liked both.) Pros: can feel substantial cool air flow as far as 4 -6 away. Chilled water = cooler air flow. As a bedside AC during a heatwave, this was awesome. I even had to turn it off a couple of nights because it was too chilly. Cons: only one complaint. The water volume window is useless. It’s impossible to tell how much water is in the tank. If you put too much in, it will flood out the bottom. I deal with this by lifting the unit - It feels really light, it’s time to add water. I have the same problem with the other model I bought. Given how well it performed during a record-breaking heatwave , that’s a minor problem

Does not produce any cold air, it is just a fan with a water tank. Do not recommend to anyone unless you want a small portable low rate fan.
