First, I want to say that the seller’s initial customer service was impeccable and the dress is beautiful. The material is just as if I purchased it from a fancy bridal shop. Perfect for prom or a bridesmaid dress. All that being said…the seller asked for my measurements to check if the size I ordered would actually fit my measurements. I gave them my measurements and they said that the size 12 (my normal size) would not fit, so they offered to customize the dress to my measurements. That’s over the top customer service. I was excited! They told me it’s non-refundable because of that. Ok. Cool. What could go wrong if they have my measurements? Boy was I wrong. When I opened the package and pulled out the dress it looked huge! I told myself to trust the process. You ever look at something and think, I’m not that* big, am I? Then it fits? Yeah. I thought this was that moment. But nope! The dress is way too big. Even laced as tight as it can possibly go, it’s just draping off of me. The straps don’t stay up. There is enough room in the chest area for me to fit an entire other boob in each cup, and they are hard formed cups, so it makes my chest look malformed. The only reason I have cleavage in the photos is because I’m wearing a bra. Don’t let it deceive you. The cups of the dress are empty. There are several inches of extra material around the midsection. I gave it 3 stars for customer service and quality. But beware on the “customization”. I truly think the size I ordered would have fit me perfectly. Now I’m stuck having to pay additional to have the dress altered to actually fit me, or buy an entirely new dress. :/ ... show more
