These are absolutely beautiful! I love them! I purchased them to use at an exhibit table. When they arrived it appeared as though they did not work, but thankfully it was just the batteries. When I replaced them, they worked perfectly. Lovely amount of light and the option to show candle like flame or straight light is such an added benefit. Sadly as I was putting them back in the packaging to bring to the exhibit, the large one went through the wrapper and shattered the small one. I really need two, so I may have to order another set. I love the ambience they bring to my dining room. The flickering light makes them look so real. I love the remote that allows you to set a timer and sit back and enjoy them all evening. These candles are one of the best purchases I have ever made through Amazon. They are gorgeous.

I searched high and low for affordable faux candles that looked real and burned bright, without that fake orange glow that is a dead giveaway. The glow on these candles is white, not horrid orange, as it should be. You can either have a steady glow, or use the remote to switch to a realistic flame that "dances". The outside of the candles is great too - they look much more real than other plastic versions I've seen. And having a timer with several different options and automatic shut off is wonderful. I can set it and forget it! Sometimes, they can turn on by themselves, which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. When that happens, I just think it's my mom or dad visiting from heaven! ;) Overall, I am very, very pleased with my purchase and would buy again in a heartbeat. ... show more

These candles took over 2 weeks to be delivered. The glass holders are pretty, but I had to force the batteries into their holders bc the spaces were too small. The candle “flames” flicker nicely, but are so dim they look fake, or like the batteries are about to die-they’re not, they’re brand new. The remote is supposed to dim or brighten the flames, but it only sends the signal to one candle, and even then it won’t change that candle’s brightness, it will only stay super dim. I’m really disappointed bc it took so long to be delivered, and even though they are pretty, they look stupid with such a low, unadjustable flame. ... show more

I was a little disappointed with these candles. The flame does not look realistic and the remote worked to turn them on and then stopped working despite my husband changing the battery. I decided to keep them because they match the colors of the room and fit my new candle sticks.
