Felt a smidge disappointed when I got the box bc it made it look like only one "LAMP" inside. BUT, the box did have a set of two. These were very easy to install the shade, and it even came with bulbs. The packaging was great for the items being shipped, no damage to anything. These are touch-lamps, so you tap the round base to go thru three different levels of lighting. There is a standard wall-outlet-plug style on the base, as well as two USB ports. Super handy! Both of my teen sons immediately noticed the lamps and commented how nice they look. All-in-all, these lamps are wonderful, and I may go back and buy more in other colors for use in other bedrooms and our family room. They were very well packaged, so everything came in great condition. I easily put them together. The lowest light is very dim and would work well for a night light. I bought this set of two black touch table lamps for my guest bedroom, and they’ve been a huge hit so far! The build quality feels nice and solid, and they arrived in secure packaging, so no worries about damage during shipping. The 3-way dimmable touch control is my favorite feature—I love just tapping the metal to change the brightness instead of fumbling for a switch in the dark. The dim is very dim and soft. Pefect for a night light. The bright is bright enough to read with. The differences between each dim setting is more noticeable than other lamps, and I love it! It’s especially handy if you have kids or older folks around. I put two of these (one on each side of a queen size bed) in the spare room and it provided the perfect amount of light for any occasion. The eye-caring design of the fabric shade is a plus, too—no harsh glare, and it adds a cozy glow to the room. Another big bonus are the two USB ports and the AC outlet on the base. It makes charging phones and plugging in gadgets super convenient, especially when you have guests over. I also appreciate that they included two free LED bulbs—you can basically set everything up straight out of the box. Talk about added bang for the buck! So... why the 4 stars and not 5? My only gripe (and why I didn’t give it 5 stars) is the plastic screw nut that holds the shade in place. It’s a bit fragile and can crack easily if you’re not careful when assembling. I managed to avoid breaking mine on one lamp, but not the other. Be careful when assembling yours, it feels like it could snap with minimal force. All in all, these lamps look great, function beautifully, and offer some seriously convenient features. The media could not be loaded. Arrived today and this is the first day of using them. So far so good! Our other touch lamps were very sensitive and would come on randomly so I was nervous they were not safe because we have had them for a while. Took me a while to find something similar that wasn’t too small. These are a great size and look nice on our nightstand and are not really sensitive. They arrived in a timely manner. I thought I had only received one because the box said “touch lamp” and looked like it would only hold one but they were packaged uniquely and both lamps arrived and were both intact. The USB connections work for charging my phone! They were easy to put together and even came with the light bulbs. Nice and functional! I recommend these! ... show more

We needed 2 small lamps that had a small base and not have a long or wide shade. Our bedside tables are small. These are perfect. I love that you touch the base or the pole to turn it on (3 levels of brightness) and off. I thought I would like having USB ports but they actually cause there to meaning cords laying on the table. I am using my power strip so the only thing on the table is the devices. I have not used the plug yet , I am not sure if I will ever have a need to. But the USB ports and the plug in my mind may be a used in a temporary situation. They are in no way interfering with anything, so I may use them or not. Looked for two night stand lights, they were a little more expensive than most, but totally worth it. Look great, three touch levels and comes with the light bulb. They could be a little stronger but still OK.
