I wanted to like this set, but overall, the quality was poor. The lampshade had to be assembled, which would be easy enough, but one of the wires snapped apart at the weld and the shade fabric was falling apart - before I even put the shades onto the lamps. The touch feature was not very responsive and only operated the bottom light. The top bulb was operated by a rotary dial. I did appreciate the USB plugs, the fact that bulbs were included, and the careful packaging. But overall, I returned it for a set that was of better quality at a lower price. ... show more

The lamps came in a smaller but expected box, but assembly was easy and straightforward. I am disappointed in the touch base feature, in that sometimes I have to hit it hard to get it to work and other times just a light tap. Also there is no consistency on where you touch it, sometimes an area works and then the next time it won’t! ... show more

    • We love these lamps!
We like them so much that this is our second pair. We have a pair in the bedroom and a pair in the living room. They work perfectly with Alexa (if you have a plug). Remember, the bottom light won't come on with Alexa, just the top one. Still, it's nice to be able to turn out the top lamp and turn on the bottom for a nicer tone in the room at night. They're really nice and seem very sturdy. They look really good in person. We like them a lot! ... show more

Their a tad shorter then expected and not as bright either. Touch system only works the bottom light. Not a deal breaker but got mainly to help my wife who has MS and Parkinsons. Clearly when it arrived, i had my doubts about the height since the box was shorter... i was going to return but the wife is ok with them. (Trust me, they're not lamps for the living room unless you raise them on books or blocks like you see as others have done in the pics they've shared.) ... show more

These are nice lamps & fit well in our family room. BUT...the shades are a JOKE!!! THEY ARE PLASTIC & COME ROLLED UP!! Then they attach with little clips & are puckered all the way around the halo frame. THEY LOOK TERRIBLE! I have never even seen a lamp that comes with plastic shades, let alone ones that look this bad. So, on top of costing almost $100 now we have to go out & buy new lampshades. We are happy with the lamps themselves but between the cost of the lamps & the cost of decent shades we have to purchase, they aren't worth the $ or the headache of having to 'fix' them. Feel like we have been cheated. Will never buy from this vendor again! ... show more

I liked the ease of putting the lamps together and the fact the bulbs are with them. The lighting is wonderful and so many settings, good for when you need a little less or little more light on the matter at hand.     • Nice Looking Lamps But.....
These are nice looking table lamps for the money. The bottom lamp is bright even on the lowest setting, we don't use the bottom lamps, the top lamp is bright enough for our needs. The reason for 3 stars is the lamp shades are not the same quality as the lamp bases. The shades come in 3 pieces, top ring, bottom ring and the material that clips onto the upper & lower rings which forms the shade. They're made this way for shipping efficiency but I just don't care for the finished assembled shades. The description says. "Upscale Linen Fabric," nothing upscale about them. We've not used the USB ports so I can't compliment on that feature. Would I buy again...possibly, maybe. ... show more

    • Great lamps for your nightstand.
These came yesterday and I assembled them today. Very easy to assemble and they are very sturdy. I was concerned about assembling the shades from material on a roll, but it was very easy. I love the USB ports on the base as well as the 110v outlet. The base bulb has three settings, two of which are very bright. I would prefer that the base bulb had one low setting and the main bulb was three-way, but that’s not the case. The base light is controlled by simply tapping the metal base or frame. Convenient but sometimes you have to tap more than once. Good looking, well made, sturdy lamps for a very fair price. ... show more
