This took a few days to work but when I damaged my knee meniscus I developed some pretty bad nerve pain. The pain started to lessen and I've continued to take it with more improvement every week. It's a good product and was glad to find relief with it.

Hope this review can help somebody is going through with nerve problems. I had a problem with my right-hand and arm with numbness, burning and so much pain, that made me wake up in the middle of the night, to the point that I couldn’t feel anything, it was terrible. I started taking the medication on Monday February 2, I took 2 pills because arrived in the afternoon, by Thursday I feel a big difference, the pain is not complete gone, but I have so much relief and is improving every day a little. Had all 4 recommended ingredients, Alpha Lipoic Acid, PEA, Boswellia Gun Extract, Benfotiamine (I read a lot before I bought). I took with a half cup of milk and then water because I have sensitive stomach. I know is a little expensive but give a try.

Started taking July 16 so I have not given it the 12 weeks some doctors say it takes to see improvement. One person mentioned heartburn...I agree. Usually, I take after breakfast and one hour later the burn starts. I started 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt when the burn starts and have found the yogurt helps decrease the burn. Maybe will help others. It is third party tested which is awesome. I have spinal stenosis so not sure this product is going to help but willing to wait the 12 weeks. Will check back in then. PS no improvement at this time. UPDATE: 9/28: I'm giving up on this product because does not work for me.

UPDATE: I originally rated 1 star due to side effects (see below) However, I’m very impressed with Stonehenge as a company. After reading my review, they reached out to me and offered a full refund. Thank You Stonehenge. I ordered Stonehenge dynamic Brain and dynamic Nerve to help reduce symptoms I’m experiencing from MS. I only took one Brain and one Nerve capsule on Thursday night. Friday, I took one of each in the morning and one of each in the evening. My stomach felt a tad upset. Then Saturday, I took one of each in morning. I then felt very nauseated with a headache. Then starting Saturday evening and all through Sunday, I felt extremely ill: nausea, diarrhea, shaky, all nerve endings felt on fire, hurt to have anything touch my body, dizzy, racing heart, etc. I’m sad and discouraged that I won’t be able to take these supplements.

My endocrinologist wanted me on Alpha lipoic acid 600mg so I googled the best ALA supplement. This was highest on the recommendations from AI. It also had the b vitamins he wanted me on and in the correct form. AI said take 3 capsules in the morning 30 to 45 minutes before breakfast. I ask could I have my 2 cups of coffee with half n half and AI very kindly said after the 30 to 45 minutes I could have my coffee with my breakfast. I am committed to moving completely off of all processed foods, no over eating (away with that gluttonous lifestyle), no more pharmaceuticals (only nutraceuticals, vitamins and supplements). I had a high A1C for years (diabetic), having some neuropathy, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism and felt awful, really awful every day all day. No life in me. Started New Year's day this year, down 27 pounds just clean eating from 12 to 6pm, walk 10ish minutes 2 to 3 times a day as I can get it in, plenty of water, protein foods and protein shakes, Vital Proteins collagen peptides, Orgain protein 30g. The most work has been researching the best, cleanest, purest vitamins and minerals, supplements in the correct form for the best delivery and absorption. AI did a copy and paste format of my supplements morning to evening routine. Genius! Get to cooking pure, fresh vegatables, unprocessed meat, eat fresh raw vegetables, and fruits for a sweet tooth. My endocrinologist says eat just until your satisfied, NOT full. You can always go back in later for a bite or two more. And you're not cooking a lot bc you're only cooking simple; roasting chicken breast on a parchment lined sheet tray, steaming a vegetable or plain can or frozen, or tearing up a bit of fresh lettuce etc. Replace rice and pastas with Quinoa, legumes, barley, lentils, you cook ahead of tine with broth and keep in fridge for 3 or 4 days. It is soooo much easier than casseroles and ingredients and prep time and cooking time and cleaning up and pots and pans and steps and processes. I was amazed at how much kitchen work was cut in going clean, simple. And a family appreciates less work and clean up in the kitchen. I went on a glp in April after having lost the first 15 on my own. Have since switched to a tirizepitide (two pronged approach) and just went to 5mg (more increase in metabolism) this week 6.24.26. It sooo helps. It cuts the food noise. Dr. Shadi Badreih in San Antonio, Texas. First doctor ever to give me a full, printed out plan exclusive to me of food, fasting (eat only 12 to 6pm which I don't always stick to but don't abuse it either), plenty of water, walking, vitamins, supplements and regular blood testing. My blood pressure is now normal so is my blood sugar. Dr. Badreih monitors routinely to make sure my numbers are all good and in range. I'm 73 and have not felt this good in many years. Energy, energy, energy, much better mental clarity, sleeping better. I was just sick of myself not taking care of myself. I was just ready to live again. You have to be ready mentally. Pick a day to begin, your birthday, New Year's Day. Read. Read. Read. Google and AI best of vitamins and supplements, everything simple and healthy. Fill your mind and thoughts with clean, simple, healthy and get all of the chemicals out of your life to allow your hormones natural, full function. See an endocrinologist.

This stuff worked for me after just three days. After a fall, I had pain and muscle spasm in my butt and the back of my thigh for about four weeks. Not only is the pain gone, but I can also feel the spasm has gone away. I'm very impressed. Yes, it's expensive, and for me it was well worth the price. About a week later, the numbness and coldness in my foot were also gone. They had been there for much longer, and it wasn't surprising that it took longer for the numbness and coldness to improve.

This Dynamic Nerve Supplement really works! The first day I took the recommended amount (3 capsules) and I had a bad stomach ache. The next day I day I took one, and it still didn’t didn’t work with no issues. The third daily I took the 3 capsules, and it really worked. I have been taking the capsules ever since. My numbness and tingling in my feet and toes is at a minimum . As a pharmacist. I highly recommend this product. I can’t say it will work the same way for everyone, As it did work for me….
