I developed sciatic nerve pain which was getting increasingly worse over a year. I started taking 1000mg of turmeric with black pepper and it seemed to help a lot with the nerve inflammation. I stopped taking ibuprofen every day for the sciatic pain but I was still getting mild pains & nerve twinges. I felt the turmeric was treating the symptoms only, not the cause. I was ready to try a chiropractor and acupuncture next. After doing some research I thought I would try taking vitamin supplements for nerves. Stonehenge had all 4 recommended ingredients, Alpha Lipoic Acid, PEA, Boswellia Gun Extract, Bentofiamine as well as the B vitamins & others. After just 4 or 5 days at the recommended dosage I noticed a big improvement. I have been taking it now for 3 weeks & have no pain & have full pain free movement again! It has worked really, really well for me. I will be ordering more. I hope after a while I can reduce the dosage & hope the nerve & nerve sheath has healed enough to stop taking it. Sorry for the long review. I hope this helps others who are suffering from sciatic nerve pain. I feel it is a small investment to avoid surgery or other expensive doctor visits. Yes, the pills are big but I open them & put them in a smoothie with the turmeric, fruit & bananas & can't taste them at all. Delicious!

Whoa...I will not be taking anymore of these. Dosage says "Adults, take three capsules daily". I can't even imagine taking three. I took one and spent the day with acid reflux, off and on dizziness, an overall uncomfortable body feeling of just being out of it throughout the day and had a very hard time sleeping that night. I put 1/3 of a capsule in my morning smoothie today and started feeling loopy about 10 minutes later. Does it help nerve function? IMO not any better than an MSM cream and with a cream I've never felt out of it or had acid reflux like a volcano was erupting in my solar plexus. This bottle will be returned.

Purchased this for neuropathy in my feet. You have been using it for six weeks with absolutely no change or improvement and symptoms. Will not be further purchasing.

Great product just started taking this product two months ago ,on my second bottle recently retired from the medical field with years of long standing been on my feet a lot I have sciatica the constant tingling ,burning and numbness of the nerves in my leg and back ,at times it is unbearable I have to sit from the discomfort ,at nights when lay in bed its unbearable the burning. try every ointment and rub you can think of I read the reviews and ingredients on this product and others before choosing ,one review says in one week there was a difference of course I was skeptical thinking you need at least a month to see if it works decided to try anyway and to my surprise it really worked with in one week I had no pain or burning since .it has been one month since I’ve been taking them the price is reasonable compared to other I’ve seen I would recommend it to anyone out there with nerve’s problems and suffering the way I did there is nothing to lose in no time you notice the difference just try it you won’t regret it just want to help that one person that is suffering the way i did

The reason I’m giving this product a 3 is because the pills are huge and they’re hard to swallow. After taking it you can feel it still there and the taste stays at least 30 minutes. I drink plenty of water plus have something to eat after and it still takes awhile. Didn’t feel relief. Hope your experience is better. It’s a little costly; which is fine if it would’ve been better.

These look like they have a lot of good ingredients in them. But after taking them a few times as directed, they have given me bad acid reflux every time. Big waste of money unfortunately.

I did not expect the beginning of relief after the first day. But, the sciatic pain in my body is noticeably less. Warning, you are instructed to take a half hour before eating. The medication will be felt within that half hour as a "high". I would not advise driving or using machinery for an hour. Darn it's good.
