I am currently taking this and I do notice a difference in the nerve pain I feel in my hands and feet. It is much more expensive on Amazon than using Stonehenge Health website.

Whoa...I will not be taking anymore of these. Dosage says "Adults, take three capsules daily". I can't even imagine taking three. I took one and spent the day with acid reflux, off and on dizziness, an overall uncomfortable body feeling of just being out of it throughout the day and had a very hard time sleeping that night. I put 1/3 of a capsule in my morning smoothie today and started feeling loopy about 10 minutes later. Does it help nerve function? IMO not any better than an MSM cream and with a cream I've never felt out of it or had acid reflux like a volcano was erupting in my solar plexus. This bottle will be returned. ... show more
