UPDATE: Just a quick update to my original review. I did want to add that within the first week of setting this set up on my back patio, the table did warp slightly, so now water pools up in the middle of the table now. Over the last 3 months, the set has held up perfectly otherwise. No hardware rust (and we have had a lot of rain), no further warping of any pieces. I still maintain my 5 star rating, as the price was good, and customer service when purchasing was great. ______________________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got this set a couple days ago and set it up on my back patio. For reference, my back patio is uncovered, and most of the furniture I have had out there in the last 4 years has weathered so much I had to get rid of it. I found this Serwall set, and was very happy at the material heft and supposed durability when I unpacked it. It seems like it will last a long time. I am in South Florida, so we will see how it holds up in the summer. My patio is on the east side of my house, so I will only get the morning sun (until around 12-1pm most days). I do feel the chair slats flex a little bit when I sit in them as others have stated, but I don't mind, and I don't think they will ever break. Also the only thing I am slightly worried about is the warping of the table over time in the sun as another reviewer had mentioned and posted pictures showing the warping. I will update my review after a few months of use. As I understand this material HDPE should be one of the most weather resistant materials. Also, shoutout to customer service for being prompt with responses to my inquiries and just being kind and helping me out. That goes a long way with customers. Bottom line, this set was a great deal for the money, and seems to be of great quality and durable material, great colors, and straight forward installation. (Need to use a drill with hex bit, as there is zero chance you build this in one day with the provided tools as others have stated.) Took me 1.5 hours for unboxing/building everything.

I do not write reviews but will for this product. All pieces were well packed in one box. (The one box was quite heavy but I understand the desire of shipping in one box vs. two.) The directions and drawings were very clear. A tiny metric wrench and allen wrench were included. The instructions state the table can be assembled in 15 minutes; maybe if you've assembled one before and have a power driver with an allen drive bit. I did not see a time frame for chairs' assembly. I used a power driver with an allen bit. The four screws that mount the table legs (two on each leg) and the four that mount the chair backlean from below (two on each) have a recessed collet which, on the first screw, I accidentally drove down too far and had to revise a bit. Bottom line, the instructions say 'Do not overtighten.' Heed the instructions.

We look at several brands of this type of product before pulling the trigger. We ended up trying Serwall and we are NOT disappointed. We bought this three piece set and four foldable Adirondack chairs. The assembly look a little longer than we anticipated but they look so great and are excellent quality. They are large enough for larger adults (we actually purchased them for our rental house and are not worried at all about them falling apart). The height of the bar stools are perfect and the chairs are very stable. I will likely be buying more from this brand!

We own Serwall everything, bar set, rockers and 7 piece table set. It's easy to assemble, durable, easy to clean (hose and dawn) and have had zero issues. We live in area of very hot weather and our Serwall sets have endured nicely in the weather. Highly recommend.

It took a long time to assemble. There were lots of screws,bolts and washers but everything was perfectly labeled so the process was easy just time consuming. I bought the blue which is perfect for my sun porch. A true medium blue that looks like it will withstand anything. The chairs are comfortable and easy to get in and out of even at 79! I did reach out to customer support who were so gracious and supportive. We assembled last week and have our morning coffee and dinner everyday on my gorgeous table. The top is big enough to hold two dinner plates and accessories. I am very proud of it! I highly recommend this product and this company. I’m now going to see what else they sell.

This is not an easy installation as per the description. I had to put it down until I 1) get a drill with and allen head bit and 2) get another person to help hold the pieces together so I can drill. The instructions say you only need a screwdriver to attach the crossbar, but the head of the screw needs an Allen wrench type head. AND you need a drill, because you are attaching the crossbar to a leg, but the crossbar does not have a "predrilled" hole and you need strength to drill a hole in this type of material. On top of that everywhere on the instructions it says not to over screw in the screws when you are attaching, but since you NEED a DRILL, that is hard to do. The material seems strong and worthwhile, but I won't know until I get it together. I hope it is, because I will be very unhappy if after it is assembled I have to take it apart and return it. I believe the set i got for the table was a table that was previously returned because the screws etc where in baggies, but for the chairs they were on labeled boards.
