Seems very sturdy. Went together fairly well; no issues in assembly. I would suggest using your own tools; the little press metal wrench isn’t too great. One chair slat did have a gouge in it, but Serwall sent me a replacement. Seems like a very good value.

I had been shopping for a dining set for our patio when I stumbled across this one. I looked at them all both on-line and in various stores. The price on the Serwall set was significantly better than the others and that made me a little nervous, but I took a chance on it. The estimated delivery time
was about 10 days and it arrived in 2, a nice surprise. We received 7 boxes (one for each piece) and everything was packaged very nicely to avoid damage in shipment. Assembly is very straight forward, and all parts are clearly labeled (after the first chair, the other 5 went really fast). Our order was for the navy color and that is what we received. However, the picture on Amazon shows it much lighter than it really is. We DID experience a problem with a part on one of the chairs. The Serwall customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I cannot say how much I appreciate attentive responses and resolutions. Just about any product can have a random problem but how it is addressed is really important and they deserve credit. Overall, this is a well-built set but be sure to measure and be comfortable with the size of the table. It works great for us, but it is not as big as some out there. Based on all the shopping I did, I don't think you can beat this set for price and quality. I would definitely buy from them again.

Chairs came fast, table took almost a month

I’m still inside of the delivery window for the table but the chairs came in 2-3 days. I just put one together. Start to finish the chair took me 30 minutes to put together using the instructions from unboxing to sitting in the chair. It wasn’t difficult to put together, they do provide the “tools” n
eeded to assemble but I have my own tools and it definitely helped cut time down. If you have some tools I’d suggest either an electric ratchet or a drill with a 4mm Allen bit (or cut the angle off the one they give you to stick into the chuck on your drill) and a 10mm open end wrench or socket. Those are the only 2 tools I used, other than a box cutter to cut the tape. At first impression I like the color of the gray chair. It’s not too dark at all. As far as people complaining about the seating position I don’t have that complain, the chair is relatively comfortable for myself (5’-8” 250lbs). If I could complain about anything it would be that it would be nicer if the chairs were a little wider. As a bigger person you may feel cramped as you may not be able to spread you legs too wide. To combat this you could get a pillow to build up your back area to bring you out of the seat more and allow for more thigh width. Granted I put this together on a relatively chilly day in March so once the summer hits we will see if it’s any better. I love the material it’s made out of, should be easy to clean with a hose or pressure washer. 4/17/24 update: I wasn’t sure if I was going to get the table as it did not show up during the original shipping time frame. I was in contact with customer service multiple times and it did seem like I was getting a bit of a run around. I finally got the table, maybe took just under a month to get. The table took me about 20 mins to assemble as you just have to put the legs on it. So it’s a total of 12 bolts/screws. The table seems sturdy and I noticed someone asked if you can fit the chairs all the way under the table. They do go under the table, however, the 2 end chairs will not because of the cross bar on the legs and if you are using an umbrella with a base, the chairs will not full go under the table as it will hit the base. The table is not the exact same color gray as the chairs, I don’t know if that has to do with the the fact that the material may have been from two different batches or what but the table is about a shade or 2 lighter than the chairs. But not a deal breaker.

The table and chairs are built well, comfortable and easy to assemble. I purchased the 5 piece counter high set and liked it so much that I purchased the 7 piece dining set. Very pleased with both sets.

Great quality!! It did take me 6 days to put together. One because I have 2 toddlers and two because my hands hurt from screwing it all together, I used the tools they provided which worked fine but was still tough. Very worth it though because it’s super sturdy and the color is beautiful!

Very nice outdoor dining set at a great price. The furniture was well packaged, directions easy to understand. The one item you may want to use is a alan wrench drill bit, it was a game changer. Bought the 5 piece dining and added 2 extra chairs which was cheaper than the 7 piece.
