The media could not be loaded. EXACTLY what i wanted. My family bought me a similar Serta topper 5 yrs ago after a major surgery. My matress has seen better days. The first one was very comfortable and I was still using it but my large dog digs at the bed before laying down and did rip it. Honestly, the first one was a little too soft. I had a full open abdominal so those muscles were cut and I have bad joints , so sitting up can be tricky. I found you sink in and had to actually roll to get up. This Serta topper is much more comfortable & much easier to get up from because all though soft, it is firmer. It bounces right back after you get up. . It gives but doesn't make you sink. This helps sleeping when you have joint pain. I didnt feel as hot with it as much as the first either but could just be me. It came in a solid box ,( grandkids LOVE the box with the sheep and large flaps lol) compressed, well wrapped and in a duffle bag. It was fully expanded as soon as I opened it. I didnt notice any smells. This was the best sleep I've had in a long time and at this price I've considered buying an extra when it inevitably rips and wears down but I've read some reviews online that toppers didn't fully expanded after stored a long time. Ill just enjoy this till it dies and replace it then. It was very fast shipping also. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS & WILL buy again! ... show more

I bought this 3-inch cooling, pressure-relieving memory foam topper for my daughter’s bed and she noticed the difference the very first night. It’s made her mattress much more comfortable and supportive, and it’s actually getting even better as it breaks in over the first week.     • Comfortable but maybe not cooling....

I bought the 2" queen topper. It came in a box and rolled up in plastic. I opened it up and laid it flat for the recommended 24 hours. It had absolutely zero smell, which I was pleased about. I added it top a firm mattress. It did make the mattress more comfortable! However, I definitely don't think its cooling advertisement is correct. I am never hot over night and found myself sweating twice! I'm hoping it's the new bedding I added instead of the topper and will try just a sheet tonight. I will update my review if that doesn't help. Overall, nice product. Fits on my queen mattress well. It was easy to lay out on the bed - though it does move a little when putting tight sheets over it. Definitely improved the softness of my very firm mattress! ... show more

My decades old Posturepedic mattress was taking a toll on my back. It is just too firm for me to sleep comfortably so I needed help. This 3-inch mattress topper helps. It relieves the stress on my spine caused by my rock-hard mattress and provides some pain relief when I am on my side. Its durability is yet to be determined. The topper feels cool to the touch but after lying on it for a while there is a warmth that seeps through. This might be a function of the topper cover that I bought separately, or it could be a function of the memory foam itself. This is not a deal breaker although I live in the tropics. I think it is value for the money spent. So far, so good. It came nicely packaged in its own bag, a pleasant surprise. It is a tad too soft but has enhanced by sleep quality. Probably a 4-inch topper would have been just perfect, but this works okay. There was a faint "new" smell when the memory foam was laid out to air but that has gradually faded. It seems to bounce back to its original thickness after sleeping on it. Overall, it has provided some softness to a too-firm mattress, which was the purpose of getting it. This mattress pad covers our King size Seally mattress very well. I let it air out for one day, and I didn’t notice any weird smell at all. Our mattress is firm, so this pad adds a wonderful cushion. The pad is NOT hot at all, it’s the perfect temperature. People who are saying it’s hot might need to check their sheet material (microfiber is just a fancy word for plastic). Two things: if your mattress is old and crappy, this will not fix it. It provides no support, just softness. The other thing: it’s not really memory foam (hence only 4 stars). It is not very dense, but very soft. Again, works well for me and my firm mattress, but the description is not really accurate! ... show more
