This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress., To clean your mattress, we suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area and letting it stand for about 15 minutes. Then, vacuum and repeat as needed. It's important that you also air the product out as much as possible., We do not recommend applying liquids to the product. Applying liquids may stain the fabric and could potentially make the soiled area worse. Moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.

I bought the xl twin (2) for an adjustable frame, knowing that I could return them if needed. The beds exceeded my expectations. The medium firm was great, I weight 205 pounds and did not sink in like i did with my other mattress, no back pain. For me it was great, my wife added a 2 inch pad to her side to transition to the mattress. It’s easier to add softening than to make it stiffer. Bed came in boxes already flat and ready to use. If I had to pick a con it would be it didn’t bend as much as the softer mattress (adjustable bed). I can live with that. ... show more

4 Stars for the Mattress Quality Negative Infinite Stars for Delivery Service. Worse delivery experience I have ever had. I have had this mattress for about 5 months and so far it has held up great! I had tested out a couple of different mattresses in store with my girlfriend and we found that a hybrid was the best choice for both of us however, all the ones in store seemed way over priced! I found this on on amazon for a fraction of the cost but it works great and is comfortable! At first I was hesistant because I wasn’t able to try this exact model in store but based off the different models I did try, this one seemed to check all the boxes so I thought, why not try it out. It is a firm mattress and provides good support across the whole body, works well for back sleepers but isn’t so firm that you can’t sleep on side or stomach. It was a perfect combination of firm and supportive but still gentle on the body. It also has some cooling to it, which is perfect for me because I’m a hot sleeper but after putting a mattress protector and sheets, you really don’t notice much of a difference. Now the negative… DELIVERY WAS A NIGHTMARE! I have never had such a horrible experience with delivery before in my life! So first, it was scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon AND that someone needs to be present to accept the delivery. The tracking showed that it was to be delivered by a company called CEVA Logistics. Out of curiosity, I looked them up and saw they had some really negative reviews on Google. I never got a confirmation for the delivery like they said they would so out of fear, I called on Tuesday to see if they were still planning on delivering the next day. I was told that they had to reschedule but apparently they weren’t going to let me know about it unless I called… The downside was I already took time off work to be there for the delivery. I was then rescheduled for that Saturday. Well the next day, I get a call saying that they don’t do deliveries on Saturday… Why would their system let them schedule something if they don’t even run deliveries that day?? They wanted to schedule it a week later and I said no. I need it delivered ASAP! Finally they said they could do it Friday so I told them “Okay but it better be Friday cause I have to take time off work and can’t afford to take anymore time off…” They assured me it would be delivered. Friday comes around and I’m waiting and waiting. The delivery window time is now up so I called and they said that the delivery should be there any minute and they can’t do anything unless it’s been 24 hours past the delivery window… So I keep waiting and finally I hear a delivery truck driving away. TURNS OUT THEY DROPPED OFF THE MATTRESS AND FORGED MY NAME ON THE BILL OF LADING!!! AND THEY DROPPED IT OFF RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR THAT SWINGS OUT SO I COULDNT EVEN OPEN MY FRONT DOOR TO BRING IT INSIDE! Terrible terrible expereince with shipping so take this as a warning. I hope Amazon stops using this carrier because they are utterly useless… I will be canceling any orders I see that are being delivered by CEVA. But at least the mattress is comfy and holding up so far! ... show more

Got to replace my to soft mattress. Had hip replaced and needed new mattress. Wanted firm paid for firm got worse then my older mattress.
