Then, vacuum and repeat as needed. It's important that you also air the product out as much as possible., We do not recommend applying liquids to the product. Applying liquids may stain the fabric and could potentially make the soiled area worse. If you get this mattress in its thickest, most plush form, you are in for a treat. I have always had budget mattresses that just get me by, but as I get older I'm starting to realize how important mattresses are when it comes to getting a good night's sleep. This mattress is the ultimate sleep aid, when you lay on it, you don't want to get off. You can also tell just how high quality it is by the weight. My old mattress could be easily lifted off the frame whenever I wanted, but the new one was difficult for the delivery driver to get in the house (it comes as is, it does not expand like other brands). With this new level of comfort comes several considerations though. First, you need to make sure your bed frame can support the weight. I have a solid wood bed frame, but I have also previously had flimsy metal frames that would bend over time with just my weight. This mattress is SIGNIFICANTLY heavier than a cheap mattress, and if your bed frame is not ready for the weight, there could be issues. The second thing to prepare for is just how thick the mattress is. I am still using the same sheets that were on my older (much thinner) mattress, and the corners sometimes slip off. It also looks more un-proportional compared to the old mattress, so I might want to extend the frame higher. Regardless, make sure you know the proportions well so you can have an unbelievable sleep while keeping your bedroom looking good. Overall I would highly recommend this mattress, just make sure you think the other factors through before getting one. ... show more

We ordered the Serta icomfortPro Buckingham 16" mattress in California King, so you can only imagine how big this monster is. It is extremely heavy and very difficult to handle. We needed 4+ strong men to move this thing. Our bedroom is on the second floor, and we have a very narrow stairway and there was just no way it was going to make it up the stairs, so we had to find a different bedroom to put it in. This mattress comes full sized, so it is not one of those memory foam mattresses in a box. This particular mattress is made from latex foam, so it has no structure to it, and what that means is that if you are trying to lean it up against a wall or move it, it is very jelly like. Of course, what this means in regard to sleeping on it...it is very dreamy. You sink into it just the right amount, so there is plenty of support for your body no matter what your preferred sleeping position is. I got this mattress to replace an older, smaller one in my son's guest bedroom where I sleep when visiting. I got the level one medium 12" because that is what he wanted. After sleeping on it, I should have gotten a plush top one which is what I initially wanted. This mattress is very firm for me but not uncomfortable. I think with more use it will get even more comfortable. The quality is what I would expect from Serta and it seems to be an ok value for the cost. I don't notice any sort of odor from the latex foam. I paid to have Amazon delivery carry it up to the second floor which was good except they don't take the giant box it came in and it was kind of a pain to dispose of. The long term jury is still out, but I have been sleeping on this mattress for about three weeks now. It feels good on my hips and shoulders, although I tend to change positions often throughout the night. This is a long lived situation for me, not attributable to this mattress. It is fairly firm but isn't uncomfortable. The 5 zones are difficult to discern, but maybe that is a good thing. If you like an additional topper, I think it would work well with this mattress. I am hoping to keep from resorting to that measure, since this is already priced as it is. I didn't notice any manufacturing defects such as poor stitching or misaligned patterns. It looks really well made, overall. It came well packaged and without any odors, so I am happy with my overall experience. Due to the design, you can't flip it over, but it can be rotated because the zones are the same positions in either orientation. All my sheets fit this mattress well and saved me from having to buy even more. It came with a big bump in the middle so I wanted replacement. that process has seemed to have fallen apart. i gave up the old mattress already and nobody can tell me when it's gonna be here. It was originally scheduled to come the day after I retuned old one. That was 3 days ago so now im on air matress.
