This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress., To clean your mattress, we suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area and letting it stand for about 15 minutes. Then, vacuum and repeat as needed. It's important that you also air the product out as much as possible., We do not recommend applying liquids to the product. Applying liquids may stain the fabric and could potentially make the soiled area worse. If you get this mattress in its thickest, most plush form, you are in for a treat. I have always had budget mattresses that just get me by, but as I get older I'm starting to realize how important mattresses are when it comes to getting a good night's sleep. This mattress is the ultimate sleep aid, when you lay on it, you don't want to get off. You can also tell just how high quality it is by the weight. My old mattress could be easily lifted off the frame whenever I wanted, but the new one was difficult for the delivery driver to get in the house (it comes as is, it does not expand like other brands). With this new level of comfort comes several considerations though. First, you need to make sure your bed frame can support the weight. I have a solid wood bed frame, but I have also previously had flimsy metal frames that would bend over time with just my weight. This mattress is SIGNIFICANTLY heavier than a cheap mattress, and if your bed frame is not ready for the weight, there could be issues. The second thing to prepare for is just how thick the mattress is. I am still using the same sheets that were on my older (much thinner) mattress, and the corners sometimes slip off. It also looks more un-proportional compared to the old mattress, so I might want to extend the frame higher. Regardless, make sure you know the proportions well so you can have an unbelievable sleep while keeping your bedroom looking good. I recently ordered three different Serta mattresses for various beds in our home and out of three models, this one is by far the favorite. It is significantly heavier than the other two with one of them being a California king and this one being a queen. It was an absolute bear to get up the stairs with three very strong D1 athletes carrying up for me--I thought they were going to fall down the stairs. One of the handles on the side of the mattress actually ripped a little sadly while they were carrying it so that is too bad because it exposed a little bit of the inside of the mattress. I love the aesthetic design of this mattress, not that that really matters because it is obviously covered by a sheet, but it just looks and feels so inviting. It is an excellent plush mattress--incredibly comfortable, but supportive and thankfully, I don't tend to overheat on this one like I do on most every other mattress out there. This particular mattress is double of the price of the other two I ordered so it is quite pricey, but after a week of testing it out, I would say it is worth every penny...it is a very high quality mattress that I am hoping will last a long time...it's a keeper for sure. ... show more

We ordered the Serta icomfortPro Buckingham 16" mattress in California King, so you can only imagine how big this monster is. It is extremely heavy and very difficult to handle. We needed 4+ strong men to move this thing. Our bedroom is on the second floor, and we have a very narrow stairway and there was just no way it was going to make it up the stairs, so we had to find a different bedroom to put it in. This mattress comes full sized, so it is not one of those memory foam mattresses in a box. This particular mattress is made from latex foam, so it has no structure to it, and what that means is that if you are trying to lean it up against a wall or move it, it is very jelly like. Of course, what this means in regard to sleeping on it...it is very dreamy. You sink into it just the right amount, so there is plenty of support for your body no matter what your preferred sleeping position is. This mattress needs to have a nice solid frame under it and of course would do great on adjustable bases. ... show more

we got this bed for our 13-year-old son, and he loves it so far. He’s a stomach inside sleeper in the firmness of the bed really helps his back. His room runs a little hot so the cooling quality really helps him stay asleep throughout the night. It is a little on the thicker side, but we don’t mind at all. This mattress is so comfortable! It is on the pricier side, but the support it provides is worth every penny. I haven’t woken up with a single backache in the two weeks I’ve been sleeping on it, which is a huge change for me. The mattress is very thick and feels incredibly sturdy, yet still soft enough to sink into comfortably. The design is especially great for side sleepers. I feel fully supported without any pressure points. The craftsmanship is nice, though I did notice a couple of spots where the stitching was slightly unraveled. Thankfully, that hasn’t affected the durability or the comfort in any way. It still feels like a high-end mattress, and the difference in how rested I feel in the mornings is undeniable. This was my first time trying a Serta mattress, and I am honestly very impressed. If you’re on the fence about investing in a mattress that will really support your body, I would absolutely recommend this one.
