What a great little sofa sleeper. I was concerned that many of the reviews said it was overly firm. It’s more bouncy than firm. It feels supportive and of great quality. A couple of throw pillows and a soft throw makes it perfect. The color is lovely. We are very happy. We now have a room we can enjoy and still have a space for guests. Exactly what I wanted for my office when family comes for the holidays or my grandaughter spends the night! It’s a little stiff at first but I think it needs to be used & a small foam padding for long stays may help, but great for a day or 2 stay!

The couch was delivered with 3 of the 4 legs bent/broken. The couch and the pull out sleeper were very stiff and uncomfortable. Returning this was challenging as the shipping company was very poor at communication and required 2 attempts to pickup.
