I bought the ivory color. Its really pretty. The boucle is not smooth or soft, its knobbly, but it is still comfortable to the touch. Both seating and sleeping, the loveseat and the bed are both on the firm side, but again, still very comfortable. The loveseat can be made into a full size bed, so two normal sized people could sleep on it. As a full size, keep in mind that supports the same height as a regular twin. It is not as long as a queen or king, so might not be adequate for a taller person. It was delivered a little early and it was easily assembled. It converts from sofa to bed by pulling a strap to pull out, and then lowering the back by lifting then lowering, really a nice clicking mechanism that creates 3 levels: flat, slanted, and vertical, and as a bed there is no bar across your back, it feels like a regular, firm mattress. Very nice and I'm very pleased with this purchase. I slept on it several nights and visiting family members have also slept on it and it is comfortably supportive and firm. If you prefer a softer feel for sleeping, that would be easily remedied by getting a soft full size topper. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Buy it!!! We needed a small sofa bed for guests in our playroom and this one is amazing quality!! Dark grey is perfect and doesn’t show stains. Fabric material is great and wears super well. You can pull it out to make a chaise lounge or make a bed and it’s so comfortable! Setup was simple and straightforward. Took 20mins if that. Overall, I am satisfied with the sofa. The charcoal fabric looks good. The mechanism of extending the sofa to a bed seems solid and easy to do. When converting from sofa to bed, you do need to move the sofa away from the wall so that the backrest is not flush to the wall, because you need to have space for the backrest to tilt back and lay flat. Assembling the two arm panels will be best if two people work on it -- one holds the arm panel, the other slides the side brackets of the seating box onto the arm panel's receiving brackets. Except for a few cushions, the rest of the sofa came in as one piece and it is heavy. So if you plan to move it, please be aware. ... show more
