I bought the ivory color. Its really pretty. The boucle is not smooth or soft, its knobbly, but it is still comfortable to the touch. Both seating and sleeping, the loveseat and the bed are both on the firm side, but again, still very comfortable. The loveseat can be made into a full size bed, so two normal sized people could sleep on it. As a full size, keep in mind that supports the same height as a regular twin. It is not as long as a queen or king, so might not be adequate for a taller person. It was delivered a little early and it was easily assembled. It converts from sofa to bed by pulling a strap to pull out, and then lowering the back by lifting then lowering, really a nice clicking mechanism that creates 3 levels: flat, slanted, and vertical, and as a bed there is no bar across your back, it feels like a regular, firm mattress. Very nice and I'm very pleased with this purchase. I slept on it several nights and visiting family members have also slept on it and it is comfortably supportive and firm. If you prefer a softer feel for sleeping, that would be easily remedied by getting a soft full size topper. ... show more

The couch is very comfortable and setup is pretty easy. Converting from couch to recliner/bed is very simple and almost effortless. The only problem we had was delivery whereas the third party company pushed the box into our front foyer and made a deep scratch over 3-4 ft long. The setup was quick and easy. I ordered the charcoal and love the color. The seat is firm. The sofa needs to be a little further away from the wall to accommodate for the back when laid out into the bed position.
