PROS: Good for small spaces and for short people (I am v short, also v fat and I don't understand the reviews saying obese people won't fit on this? I fit?). Easy to put together. No issues with shipping (I did have to open the box outside and carry the pieces in individually due to narrow doorways) and it did show up like 3 days before the estimated delivery. Seat cushions are comfy for movies or video games or working on laptop, they're springs wrapped in foam, good for sitting on or laying on. Back cushions are comfy **with modifications** and cozy for sinking into on a couchlocked kind of day. CONS: Charcoal color isn't shown accurately, it does photograph as a dark grey but irl looks very dark blue-grey; if you're decorating to match other dark grey furniture, this won't match. Velcro doesn't match up. Cheap build quality, do not sit on the arms or stand on it, it's not that kind of couch. Sized for children but product guide says to keep kids off of it. Literally every listed measurement is wrong. I tried to contact the seller about this to ask for a partial refund to cover the cost of taller legs to make this sofa the listed height. I can deal with the rest of it but having a sofa too low to the ground is uncomfortable (I'm just over 5' and it's too low for me). The Amazon seller link goes to Serta and when I contacted them I was told by Serta that Serta only make mattresses and foundations, not furniture. Again: SERTA LICENSES THEIR NAME TO THIRD PARTY MANUFACTURERS TO SELL PRODUCTS BRANDED AS SERTA THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SERTA. What I'm saying is I should have saved a hundred fifty dollars by buying one of the other couches just like this one that didn't say Serta on the box. The manufacturer, Home Living, has been unresponsive. MODS: 1) Swapped out the 4" cheap plastic legs for 6" sturdy wooden legs. Immediate improvement! This cost around fifty dollars because legs are sold in sets of four. 2) Sliced open the back cushions and removed about 1/3 of the filling. It was easier than expected because the filling is contained in the pillows in 3 sections. This gives more seat depth and also makes the back cushions easier to sink into. It's also enough filling for two 18" throw pillows. 3) Couch cover to hide the misaligned velcro and make the color match the rest of my living room. OVERALL: If you need a small couch and you're cool with doing a little project to make this work, it's okay for the price. **It's also exactly the same couch as the other ones made by Home Living that are significantly cheaper, so maybe get one of those instead and use the extra money for better legs and a couch cover.**

Well, it’s probably my fault… but didn’t realize how tiny this was. I’m 5’10 and I feel like this is meant for a child or atleast someone 10 inches shorter than me. Will say it’s comfortable, easy to put together. Stuffing is a little weird for the back pieces and don’t really mesh well so it may look lumpy. Would be great for small spaces such as bedrooms, studios, dorm rooms lol.

Pros: Came disassembled so it was easy to fit the box through the narrow hallway and door. No tools needed and fairly fast to put together with simple, easy to follow instructions. The fabric is also nice quality and comfortable to sit on. It is petite but seats two people comfortably. Cons: The black bottom under panels have Velcro on the edges to attach to Velcro on the bottom edges of the loveseat. The panels were a little too small/short to reach and it took a lot of pulling and tugging to get the Velcro to touch and keep the panels from falling down. The fabric panels on the backs of the back cushions were a little too big so there was a bit of overlapping of the fabric in the center between the two cushions. And getting the filling inside the cushion covers was challenging as the covers seems too small to hold the oversized, shaped filling. Also the vacuum sealed seat cushions plumped up except for the very front of each one which maintained a flattened, pointed structure instead of rounding out to fill the cover. So the cushions are a bit lumpy but hopefully they’ll adjust over time with use. The feet are also plastic (not wood) but they’re sturdy and don’t really look bad.

This navy blue loveseat could use some extra cushion in the armrests. And the backrest could use about ~6" more height. This chair is could also use some velcro on the back pillows which I did provide. Also this chair needs to have included with it. It's pillows shown in the photographs. But all in all. This loveseat is sufficient and nice looking. The fabric seems durable and clean out the box. Pillows are firm but the back pillows could be firmer. Not a hard fix though. Just add more stuffing. Some of the pieces of this chair didn't line up the way I expected them. But I've ran across these issues too many times over the years to feel a need to complain majorly about it. Unless the chair's parts were too out of whack.

The loveseat now looks good & I really like it. However, it didn’t tart out that way. The parts didn’t all fit together and I even have extra pieces leftover. It sat so low to the ground it looked like a child’s playroom furniture or maybe a dog bed. I purchased taller leg risers (from Amazon) & now it looks great. I called customer service with no response. I emailed them & they responded they had arrangements with Amazon that it could be returned. How do you return a piece of furniture that’s been (partially) assembled & puffed up? I didn’t want to return it…..I wanted better assembling instructions & guidance of the low to the ground appearance. It’s hard to belief this is a Serta product. In the end with the help of a drill & improvising & taller leg risers it looks good.

This is very clearly not made by serta. It is what you’d expect for an Amazon couch. It was easy to put together, cute and a good size. It looks great once it’s set up, but while putting together it was evident that it’s definitely cheaply made. Comfortable so far, we’ll see how it holds up. Also with the way the back is, it really needs to go up against a wall. Overall, I’m happy with it
