The mattress itself was nice. The medium was too firm for me. I probably should have gotten a plush because I'm a side sleeper. The delivery of the mattress was easy and when I wanted to return it, the amazon delivery people picked it up. Well, it's been over a week since they picked it up and I don't have my refund yet. Apparently, it hasn't even reached the facility yet. I'm hoping it's not lost and customer service just keeps telling me to wait longer.
