I wanted to purchase a full size, but ended up getting a Queen, because the cost of the Queen was less then the full, I think that was an error. However, with that said: the mattress is awesome. I am able to sleep most of the night, getting up in the morning without horrific back and neck pain. Nothing can alleviate my pain 100%, except for surgery, which I’ve been putting off. This mattress has made a world of difference! I’ve woken up many day without back pain and barely any neck pain ( which I recently Purchased a water pillow) I’m hoping that will help. With that said, being able to sleep 6 to 7 hours a night is a miracle. Before this mattress I was getting broken sleep: every 60 to 90 minutes, due to pain! I actually slept longer this morning and got my trash bin out late, got it out at 7:30 in the morning, instead of 3 to 5:30 am. But it was picked up. The only problem I had with this mattress, is that for some reason it was placed on my front porch, when I left instructions to be placed in front of garage. I’m a lightweight : I weigh 90 pounds, so having purchased another mattress in a box, I decided to take it out of box, unroll it. I was thinking I could pull it in front door. Well, that didn’t worK. As soon as I unwrapped the additional plastic from it, it exploded on my porch! I ended up with a mattress 1/2 folded, stuck between my house and bannister. I was able to move it somewhat so that it was positioned where I could fight fight it later to get it down the steps. I tried a few hours later to move it, but gave up. Luckily for me, my wonderful neighbors across the street saw it, called and came over to help get it in house. Bless his heart: he said damn, this thing is heavy! The mattress exploded, inflated, whatever you want to call it, because there was a 2 inch part where the seam wasn’t closed. As soon as I unrolled, it started to expand. I’m good with it. Actually I’m laying my mattress as I write this review, I’m a happy little camper. Love that I can sleep all night and basically wake up with normal aches and pains, as a 63 year old woman!

Very firm mattress. Inflated to size quickly with no smell. Was so firm that we ordered a plush topper knowing it’ll probably soften over time. Has helped with back and shoulder pain. Is easy to feel partner’s motion , there is a lot of transfer but it’s absolutely a great purchase.

Mattress is high quality and very soft. I found it to be to soft for my bad back. After trying the mattress for the 100 day trial period, I contacted customer support at Sersper and they were great about refunding me 40% of the cost since my request was over the 100 days by 3days. Sersper does have a excellent customer support department which handles problems very quickly.

I was skeptical of buying a mattress in a box from a brand I was unfamiliar with but figured for the price I'd give it a try. The mattress showed up quickly and upon unboxing inflated extremely fast. It is firm and supportive and feels like a name brand mattress of twice the price. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy again.

I bought this mattress thinking it would look like the pictures and description. However it is really nothing like that, the top of the mattress doesn’t inflate like shown in the pictures. The mattress is also not memory foam it is just springs. I want to return this but I will be left with no mattress to sleep on. The only thing I can do is go and waste more money to buy a new one. It is ridiculous and I hope people see this before purchasing. I don’t even know how I would return this in the first place.
