This review is for the Caroma Electric Scooter, 500W Motor. I've had it for about 3 weeks and I've used it down to 1/3 of the charge and got about 10 miles in the low speed setting. Everything worked out of the box. The unit comes well packaged. I love that it's compact and lighter that others. I purchased this specific model for that reason as I intended to carry it in the backseat of an airplane, it had to be folding and weigh less than 25 lb. It's doing what I intended and so far no problems. It does reasonably well up inclines of about 10 deg. and was tested on a mountain road. It takes a while for it to charge, several hours from nearly empty to full but that's reasonable because I don't intend to do more than 10-15 miles a day and it will charge overnight. ... show more

The scooter is a dud! Worked for 2 weeks then it no longer charged! I got a return label from the seller but they only sent one half of it! I have contacted the seller many times about this! They have not responded! Help!
