The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome. I wanted to wait until I used all the functions and now I can say that I have. The air conditioner works amazing. Just cool basically my entire two bedroom apartment with 15 foot ceilings. Which is saying a lot. Yes I had one small window unit for the bedroom, but this thing did most of the heavy lifting. The dehumidifier is amazing. The fan is awesome. The heater is very effective as well. The one thing I wish that was a little bit different was the tubing from the unit that goes out the window. But, other than that, it’s amazing. I couldn’t be happier. And it’s very energy efficient as well. I tested it out. I use space heaters for a month which brought my electric bill up to $300, the most that’s ever been. And then I use this as a heater for the month and it was dramatically less. I can’t speak highly enough of this thing. The air conditioner is amazing, and the heater is equally as amazing. And it’s not super loud either. It’s just like a window unit. I don’t know why they call it a portable one, I guess cause it’s on wheels? It’s pretty awesome.

I refuse to write reviews unless it can serve as a warning to others.. Do not buy!!! Waste of money. Worked great as an ac unit for 2 months, then winter hit I tried to use the heater function and it never got hot, I started using the dehumidifier function and that worked for a week or so and then it started malfunctioning every use. Fan wont turn on even when on fan mode. I have it set up to drain downhill into a large bucket, I’ve checked bottom plug and nothing comes out so its definitely not full… spend the extra and buy from a reputable company because serenelife is certainly not quality oriented

This portable air conditioner is so easy to use. I set this up in my workshop to keep the space cool while I’m in there. It can install in pretty much any window, even those tiny raised ones in garages, which is why I got it. The main unit sits on the floor and there is an expandable insert that will fit most windows, which connects to the unit’s warm air exhaust by a large, flexible hose. So simple to use compared to window units. I don’t have to worry about damage to the window, or finding a way to make a heavy unit like that secure. Anyhow, I don’t use the space all the time so I mostly just run this while I’m in there. I’m impressed by how quickly it cools off the space. It’s a good size unit for a garage and makes the area so much more enjoyable to use in the summer months. When I have friends over to work or hang out, we can actually be comfortable finally. It runs pretty quiet, especially considering how much air it is able to move. It’s a great little unit!

I must say that this is a great portable A. C. and was a lifesaver these past few weeks where it's been sooooo hot! I live in AZ so it's already hot here but its been waaay hotter last month. The dehumidifier,as well as the fan work really well also. Its really nice to have the wheels on the bottom, because I do like to take it in different rooms since I don't always hang out in one room. It's nice to be able to move it so easily and without help. Just FYI for the fan mode and the dehumidifier you don't need to have it connected to the window. So so it's nice to be able to have different settings all in one. And I can also vouch that It is very energy efficient. I have not seen an increase in my electricity bill which is huge for me because in the past Ive gotten these things and it really blows my electricity up. Awesome purchase and well worth every penny. It's a really good deal too, compared to the others like it on the market. I also love that it's super quiet!

Works great in my room. Heater works as intended. Haven’t tried the ac yet. The only thing that I had finally gotten use to, it makes 3 loud chimes when it automatically comes on. It was annoying in the beginning but I’m use to it now. Noise level is great, easy to install.

I am really impressed with this unit. After looking at several portable air conditioning units I settled on this one. It's not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and having Wi-Fi is a plus. Set up was really straight forward and quick. Once up and running, this drastically and quickly dropped the temp in my 12' x 14' master bedroom with master bath door left open in south Texas. The only con I have is the water catch is not removable and is built in internally requiring the entire unit to be moved carefully to the shower or outdoors where you'll remove a plug at the rear base of the unit to drain. It's more of an inconvenience rather than a necessity. Overall very pleased.
