Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole to pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.

I use it as a fitness pole and since I am a Personal Trainer it is also used with my clients in my studio. After researching all the poles out there this was the clear choice since the silicone makes it easy to climb wearing clothing. It also is easier to grip. I find the size perfect for a average size hand and also easy to grip with the legs. I call it my Vertical Ballet Barre and it is installed in the room with my actual ballet barre! Amazing pole, no regrets, the only thing is you can't slip down with bare skin like you do on normal pole. Best choice for winter and sweaty hands. Worth it but It's heavy so be ready to spend extra 300 usd for shipping if you don't live in the US.

I have owned my pink silicone xpole for almost a year. I struggled with sweaty hands and grip issues for months. I gave in and purchased this pole from the xpole website. This has been the best pole purchase I have made. I own two poles, and my silicone is used more often. I LOVE POLING IN JEANS. Not having to undress to pole has increased my playtime. Its great for practicing new moves. My only CON isnt really a con, i just have a hard time switching between metal and silicone do to my sweaty hands. I look like a pro on my silicone. ... show more
