Worked well as a heater, bought in September, then went to use it as A.C. in May, started making funny noises, and died. I reached out to Customer Support and was told I had to send unit back and shoulder the shipping, then they would send out a replacement. It's been over a month since they received the broken unit, and I still have not received a new replacement unit. It's been extremely hot where I am from, and I am very unhappy with their support. I reached out to them and they apologized that they weren't more upfront with the 4-6 week turnaround time and my replacement would not be overlooked, Beware if you buy this! ... show more

    • Does not heat, very loud and glitchy
I bought two of these because we needed Air conditioning and heat. The AC does work but it is very loud and tends to go off and on quite a bit more then usual. When it got cold I tried the heat on both of the units and both never put out any warm air at all and would shut off. The thermostat would be set at 70 and as it turned on it would say 77 and immediately shut off. Thankfully Amazon set up pick up returns because these are huge units for me as a woman. There like 60 or more lbs each. Just don't get these. It's a better idea to get the ones that have been on market for a while. ... show more

    • Unit Defective Upon Arrival
This unit will not correctly measure the temperature inside. It is about9-10 degrees higher than room temperature and will not come on when its very cold (freezing) inside. It looses WiFi and makes the app useless. Water will not properly exit with tube attached and the E4 light coms on even though its drained. I never had a product as bad s this unoit. ... show more

The measurements are completely off… we had a project. So based on the size giving would definitely work but it didnt because it is much bigger… Please fix it to save people time…

    • FALSE ADVERTISEMENT-BAIT AND SWITCH
This unit does NOT have a heating function. They lie and false advertise. The front of the manual states that there is a heating function and inside it says there is none. And they false advertise this machine as a heater. And I can't return this junk because their box is trashed.

It’s sucks water leaks . Makes too much noise I wish I never purchased it.i tried canceling it but they wouldn’t allow me to. The temperature never goes down it doesn’t cover the square foot it’s supposed to.

    • Disappointed to say the least...
Didnt come with the exhaust hose or the water drain hoses. The heat function makes a loud grinding sound and doesnt work. The air does okay but it doesnt cool the amount of space that it advertises.
