- How To Use: Step1: Clean your lip pump with mild soap and water, and then wet the area around your mouth with water, which help establish tighter suction. Step2: Position your lip pump head over your lip area, compress the pump to expel air, then release. Hold lightly in place, let your lips relax into the lip pump. While the pump is compressed, pucker and wiggle your lips as far and deep into the lip pump as possible. Position your upper and lower lips between the middle platform.
- Step 3: You also begin suck short puffs of air out the lip pump, you should feel a gentle pulling. Continue until solid suction is established and the lip pump is holding suction, but make comfortable around your mouth. The amount of time for leaving the pump on varies per individual, so begin with 15-20 second increments. It is better to hold a gentle, but solid suction, than it is to create a hard suction. Hard suction is never necessary and it should not hurt you.
- Step 4: If you lose suction, repeat with step 2 and 3, the time should not exceed 3-5 minutes. If your suction is not strong enough and the lip pump falls off your lips, repeat until you achieve the perfect suction. The major reason why the lip pump falls off is because your lips and the skin surrounding the lips are not pushed deeply enough into the mouth-piece and you did not create a good suction. Try again. Dont get discouraged. Practice makes better.
- Notice&Tips: 1. First time only gently suck 15-20 seconds for lip adaptation; 2. Can't continuous suck over 1 minute one time, or may cause bruise; 3. I am 50 and really getting tired of my lips disappearing more and more every year. I considered lip filler but honestly I can't afford it. I saw a tiktok on this little fish and decided to give it a try. I am stunned and thrilled by the immediate results! The picture I have included was after 4 minutes on with no lip gloss or anything (excuse the ratty pajama top lol). I have been using this almost every day for the past two weeks and I have noticed a few things. 1) The bruising happens after the first couple of times but then goes away. It gave my lips a purplish hue for a day or so but I haven't had it since. 2) Getting this to stay on is difficult. I have to redo the suction every 20-30 seconds or so. 3) Exfoliate and moisten the area around the mouth for optimal suction. If you have trouble, try turning the fish 90 degrees (where the "eyes" face up toward your forehead instead of towards the corners of your mouth). It may seem like it is too small to do that way but once you squeeze it to get the air out, your lips get sucked right in. 4) It does not last all day. For me personally, I get maximum fullness for about 45 minutes to an hour. Then my lips slowly start to go back to normal. These are just my my opinions and observations. But for 10 bucks, why not? 10/10 recommend!

So this worked and made my lips plumped for a couple hours but becareful and do your research before buying.. I have light completed skin so after using this product i bruised all around my mouth and on my lips as well and it stayed purple for days. It was even hard to cover up with makeup and the lines from sucking would stay around my lip as well. I made sure to wash the product and mostizurize before doing this and also rub oil on after but I still bruised and was left lines from the product. I even started off doing 15 sec at a time and then work my way up and once again, I still bruised... Personally, this product wasn't worth it to me.

The photos are: one before photo, one after the first time I tried it, and two after the second time I tried it. Notice how bruised my lips are after the second time I tried it. The first photo is from right after I took the suction off, and the second photo (of just my lips) was about 45 mins later. Both show black and blue bruising entirely around my lips, with hardly any difference almost an hour later. Unfortunately, since my lips are so thin naturally, it’s difficult to fit JUST my lips in the suction at first. I’m giving this product three stars because it definitely works, but it can work a little too well if you’re not very careful and don’t follow the instructions precisely.

This will be a LONG review: I have long considered a lip plumping device. As you can see in my pictures my lips are very thin, and it has been a major insecurity of mine (before plump lips were all the rage). I also have a significant overbite which adds to my sunken mouth appearance. So, for about 1 year I've had this (and other plumpers) in my cart. I decided to finally just try one. I am BEYOND thrilled! I wish I had ordered this sooner! I have attached bare face pictures. I am just a boring, 38 year old, overweight mom. I state this because I assure you I rarely pamper myself, but my small lips have always added to my self esteem issues. I'm not trying to add complicated products or routines for my life either. In my pictures I did not add anything. My lips changed color from the suction, but it look liked I had put on makeup by just plumping my lips! You can almost see the change in my whole face (well I can). Maybe just a small self esteem boost makes the whole face look different? I mention my age as well, because looking nice isn't just for the young singles out there. Us older ladies want some luvin' too. Things to consider: I know this is temporary, in fact about 40 minutes later I see the effects reducing to half the original plump. BUT, I've done research and I am hopeful. I have read many reviews and seen videos where daily users achieve a "semi-permanent" results. Meaning only once daily maintenance is required for all day results. This product: It was awkward to try as my lips are very, very tiny and kept slipping out. I exfoliated and used lotion beforehand, per the directions. The mouth piece is flexible, but too big for my mouth right now. I love that instead of sucking the air out, as other brands seem to require, I squeezed the dish together before putting it to my lips. Then I let go after putting it to my lips. This was honestly too strong for me so I half squeezed the fish. I really like the control you have on the suction, and quickly with the fish design. I chose to do light suctioning and shorter times because I felt too strong of a pull. I did not bruise but came close. I am positive had I doubled the time, it would have. So there is nothing wrong with starting lightly. As I stted before, I'm not trying to add complicated routines. If this was difficult or time consuming, I would not have even written a review. I am pleased with my initial testing. * I plan to attempt this 3 times a day and gradually increasing the amount of time. I will update the review 3 months from now to see if overall "semi" permanent results are being acheived. Good luck everyone!

Don't leave on for extended periods of time to prevent bruising. Use it for a a few minutes, remove it, adjust if needed and then put it back on for again, short periods of time. The longer you leave it on the more distortedly plump your lips will become and on top of that, bruising might occur. As with anything, moderation, but still it can give a quick plump if you are going to out and need your lips to stand out!

Be warned: This is a great device but should only be used by a younger person less than 30 y/o. This item is a somewhat difficult to use and I tried several times and had trouble getting the proper suction. I also followed the directions explicity. I am an older customer and after using it this device left my lips bruised and discolored 24 hrs+ later. First time users should follow all recommendations as described. I researched any side-effects and capillary damage is a possiblity. Areas around the lips and eyes are delicate and sensitive and can be injured with improper (continued) use. Do yourself a favor and spend the money for a more reputable brand. In my opinion this item is too aggresive.

I use to have much fuller lips. My button lip is fuller than my upper. In fact I'd say my upper lip was almost gone and i could not wear lipstick any more. I bought this on a whim. I had to figure out how to protect my lower lip from the suction by gently biting on it to hold it back from the pull of the suction. After using it only three days, once s day, i saw a huge difference in the fullness of my upper lip. So i used it for three more days once a day and I'm so pleased with the results. I'm back to wearing a little color on my lips again. It's been 3 months since i lasted used it and my upper lip is still full. I expected if have to use it often but it seems to have permanently returned to it's youthful size and plumpness. BUT... this makes me a bit concerned so I'm writing this. Be careful don't over do it. Just a little art a time because it appears my use of it has stayed for months! I love the results but goodness what if i did to much!!! Do not over do it. But I'd recommend this to anyone with thinning lips.
