I like the holder, however the little knob inside the holder that hold the umbrella is not sturdy. If comes off so easily, and if you lose the holder becomes useless.

Don't buy the umbrella holder accessory because the cart brake won't work and the umbrella holder will be useless. The brakes no longer work on my cart. It snaps unlock and the cart is stuck.

I have an older Bag Boy push cart (circa 2006?) with a rather slim aluminum handlebar and I can't get this product to stay upright. In between shots I have to push with one hand and hold up the umbrella with the other. It may be my cart is just not compatible with this product. I like the product overall though. It is easy to adjust and it does a good job of keeping the umbrella secure. However, it does not remain secure enough to be used hands-free. The cart works fine and I don't feel like spending $200 on a new cart just to get an integrated umbrella holder, so this product will have to do. Screws on and off easily

    • Knobs don't allow it to lay flat when not in use
I bought this because I have a serenelife golf cart and assumed it would fit. The knob that tightens the umbrella is in the way so the holder can't lay flat against cart when not in use. I bought it used, so I won't return. But if it was new, I would return it.
