The media could not be loaded. We love this fire pit. We've had it since 2023, almost always covered when it rains. (Important if you're in New England) on the deck, in full sun all day. Negative 5 star!!! Box was delivered completely beat up. Looks like this box has gone through the shipping process before. As for the fire pit, I followed the instructions step by step. Fire would not stay lit when I stop pressing the valve knob. Dissappointing is the beginning. Contact both Amazon and Manufacture, still unable to get the fire stay lit. Then I find there was a nick with paint chipped off. This product surface is super brittle, not suitable for outdoor use. When I lift the product up, the entire under part was not even painted including one area of the valve knob panel. Don’t even waste your time. Extremely poor quality control and the customer service is sub par. Returing this junk. Good riddens. ... show more

I was surprised. For the price i was expecting let down. Excellent value. (Purchased for $220 at the time. Far cheaper than comparable units. BTUs seem to be a little on the low side. The only negative i can report but i think more than enough heat put off for most.

The fire pit is over all good. The color is little imbalanced. Also the bottom of the pit is uneven. I feel there should have been more stone provided. The assembly was very easy! It was packed very carefully.

I don't regret it. Buy some cool accessories, maybe some touch up paint or a surface protector and it's a nice modern looking piece.
