Keeps my space nicely cooled!
Size: 10,000 BTU + HEAT
I recently picked up the SereneLife 4-in-1 Portable AC with 10,000 BTU cooling power, and it’s been a total game changer for my space. It cools my room (about 400 sq. ft.) fast—even on hotter days, the temperature drops within minutes. I love that it’s not just an air conditioner; it also works as a heater, fan, and dehumidifier, which makes it useful all year long. The remote control and LED display are user-friendly and make switching modes or adjusting temperature super convenient, especially from across the room. It’s also noticeably quiet while running (just a soft hum), so it doesn’t disturb my work or sleep. Installation was surprisingly easy with the included window mount kit, and I appreciate the built-in self-evaporating system, so there’s no mess or water tank to worry about. The rolling wheels make it easy to move between rooms too. Overall, this unit feels solidly built, performs efficiently, and has made a big difference in both comfort and energy use. Definitely recommend for anyone needing flexible climate control in a compact, portable design. ... show more

Small but Mighty—It Earned a Permanent Spot in My Apartment
Size: 8,000 BTU + HEAT
I got this during a surprise heat wave when my building’s ancient central air just couldn’t keep up. I didn’t want something bulky or hideous taking over my space, but I also couldn’t sleep another night sweating through my sheets. This one showed up fast, and I had it up and running in under 30 minutes—even with zero experience setting up a window kit. The instructions were clear, the pieces actually fit my odd-sized window, and I didn’t need to wrestle anything into place. I’ve used every mode on this thing at this point. Cooling, obviously, was my first priority—and it chilled my entire living room and half the kitchen in under 20 minutes. But then the humidity kicked in and I switched to dehumidifier mode, and wow. The air just felt lighter. I’m already looking forward to using the heat setting once winter hits because if it works half as well as the AC, I’ll be set. What surprised me most was the noise—or lack of it. It has a low hum that fades into the background. I’ve slept next to it, worked through conference calls with it running, and even watched movies without needing to crank the volume. The remote is simple and responsive, and I love that I can adjust everything without getting up from the couch. It’s small enough to roll between rooms if I need it elsewhere, but honestly, it hasn’t moved since I plugged it in. Between how fast it cools, the multiple functions, and how compact it is, this little unit more than earns its keep. I was expecting a temporary fix—I ended up with a year-round staple. ... show more

Easy to use
Size: 8,000 BTU
This portable air conditioner is so easy to use. I set this up in my workshop to keep the space cool while I’m in there. It can install in pretty much any window, even those tiny raised ones in garages, which is why I got it. The main unit sits on the floor and there is an expandable insert that will fit most windows, which connects to the unit’s warm air exhaust by a large, flexible hose. So simple to use compared to window units. I don’t have to worry about damage to the window, or finding a way to make a heavy unit like that secure. Anyhow, I don’t use the space all the time so I mostly just run this while I’m in there. I’m impressed by how quickly it cools off the space. It’s a good size unit for a garage and makes the area so much more enjoyable to use in the summer months. When I have friends over to work or hang out, we can actually be comfortable finally. It runs pretty quiet, especially considering how much air it is able to move. It’s a great little unit! ... show more

Immediate "Ft" error and no customer support.
Size: 10,000 BTU + HEAT
Got an "Ft" error right out of the box meaning the drip pan needed to be drained even though it was never run before. Called the customer support number and it was "disconnected". I emailed them as well and never received a response. These were both huge red flags, so I decided to return instead of replacing the item. Hopefully this was just a one off but who knows... ... show more

Cools efficiently
Size: 10,000 BTU
This unit has been ideal for cooling our upstairs, which tends to be warmer than the rest of the house, regardless of how we adjust the air conditioner. It creates a comfortable environment for my kids to sleep at night and play in their room during the day. I appreciate that it not only cools the rooms but also features a built-in dehumidifier that helps reduce excess moisture in the air. Some nights, all they need is the fan mode, which is great, but now that summer is here we have to use the air conditioner. It is super easy to install and operates quietly. I love how it can be customized to meet our varying needs from day to day. ... show more

Meh, value for money? Not really
Size: 8,000 BTU
Overall it drops my living room (14x14) a few degrees cooler than outside. Based on minimum size per the manual is 3mx3m I was expecting a lot more. If your in 90-95+ degree weather and want something to drop down to 72 or below, this is not what you are looking for.
