Very easy to install if you know what you are doing. Mini split units are easy to do. This unit draws between 3 and 4 amps per leg full blast under heavy load. 240 single phase. For the love of God please stop putting nm cable in conduit as I have seen in multiple split installs, it is against code. Use THWN or THHN that can be used in wet locations. Make sure you have a nice concentric flare tool, and a vacuum for the line set. This is very well made, super quiet and super efficient. Can't say enough good about this unit. For the btu output it has I can't believe how little power this heat pump uses. This i great for bumper days with hydronic heat and a combi boiler. It can help on risky short cycle days. And the air conditioner works like a charm. Make sure and maintain it well keeping the outside unit clean as well as the inside. Both should be cleaned at least yearly. It is huge on your wall so be prepared for that. Don't skimp on your install quality and make sure you properly run the condensate drain. It is a nice looking unit, but please start making them black. 🙂 Thanks Sennville for a great split unit at a great price. I plan to install more of these in the future.

I put this unit in the garage when i converted it to my man cave. Temperature control and settings easy to use. I have had it a full year and it is quite when running . I bought it on sale so the value was awesome and had it professionally installed. I have a 450 sq ft room and it heats or cools as it should. The room is always comfortable.

For years I have been cooling my shop with a 18000btu thru wall air conditioning unit. It worked great however it was noisy and not energy efficient. It did not have heat and I used a 100lbs propane tank with a heater buddy to heat shop in winter months. Was not cost effective anymore as I run a business from my shop. For hours I scrolled thru reviews on Amazon for various brands and models. I ended up with the 21.5 seer heat pump 24000btu system. I have had it a couple weeks and boy does it cool my shop and I can barely hear it running! This was the best investment I have made. I brought home my hvac tools (primary job is HVAC). Pros: -easy to install (hvac background here) -extremely quiet -well packaged -quick delivery via FedEx freight -great price for a 21.5 seer system - excellent cooling haven’t tried heat yet as it’s 90 plus here still. Lol. cons: -The 4 wire power cable is shorter than the lineset which is 15 feet so knowing I would need extra I purchased a roll of 4 wire to extend the existing cable. -does not work with Senville app only works thru Alexa. Although not bad I wanted ability to control their separate app so I purchased the ceilo breez plus thermostat now all my mini splits can be controlled they one app. -not only problem with this brand however it’s all mini splits I do not like the condensation line that come with any mini split system so I run my own 3/4” pvc lineset with a Ptrap inline.

I change buck to 4 stars because I found out must set the temperature 2 to 3 degree higher for cooling. This is updated after try AC I set temperature at 77 but keep going down to 74.before I turned off AC I set for Auto, temperature keep goin up Heating was work perfectly Very easy to install if wall facing outside but I had installed 2.5ft a way from wall above the fireplace. Most difficult installation was 5/8 copper pipe because need bend 90 degree at 2 places. I purchased extra piping set and cut both end of 5/8 pipe ware twistable and weld (could use elbows which is cheaper) I installed in L shape living room with dining room and kitchen across the room, total of about 500 sqft. Also, I have 570 sqft. family room next to living room with 5ft doorway at across the living room and heating very well all rooms. Very slow heating up master bedroom because there are two narrow doorways Need small unit in the bedroom if outside temperature goes down to under 44F. I have using for heating only now and work very well for all rooms also very quiet. Did not use as air condition yet. I have received first electric bill and found out that cheaper than using the gas heater. Installed Items: 24000 BTU SENA 4” AC line cover kit (3” was too small) 10-3 gage Outdoor electrical wire with flexible conduit. Cover on top of the outside unit to protect from rain.

It has been a year since we purchased both of these units for our home. They are incredible units and have We purchased two of these mini splits for two Fourseason areas in our home and over the last few months they have performed flawlessly. We especially like the turbo feature which we did not have with previous units. It actually heats up a room really quickly and in northern Indiana in the winter time this is very important. Both rooms are 80% windows and it keeps the temperature very comfortable. This summertime turbo feature cool the room absolutely fast as well. I really couldn’t discourage anyone from purchasing these units at such a great price and having a local person install them. And by the way, the warranty is incredible! After one year, I am updating this review because we are still thrilled to have these quality units in our home. The remote controls work perfectly and we actually turn off the units if we’re not really needing them. We have geothermal for the main home and then both of these units are in additions we did over the last five years. I wish people could reach out to me and ask me personally about these units because I really feel that strongly about recommending them. Thank you for this quality product!!!

Unit arrived with minor cosmetic damage, I should have sent it back. Less than a year later and the compressor outside makes an awful noise when its running, loud enough you can hear it inside. So far the unit still works, but the compressor noise makes it very annoying to use. With the amount of noise its just a matter of time before it dies. Guess ill have to use a different brand in the future. I have 6 mini splits here, this is the only one having any trouble. For the labor cost to diagnose and fix it, its probably cheaper to get a new unit.

This unit is extremely Energy efficient and also quiet. I was able to install it in just a few hours and it is awesome. I have tested both heat and cold as well as automatic and it is super easy to operate. You will need a vacuum pump and guages to complete the install. The pictures should show the temperature on cooling which is great. The average power usage is less than 600w , as a complete off grid home that was very important.
