  • Fantastic value
Size: 24000 BTU
Very easy to install if you know what you are doing. Mini split units are easy to do. This unit draws between 3 and 4 amps per leg full blast under heavy load. 240 single phase. For the love of God please stop putting nm cable in conduit as I have seen in multiple split installs, it is against code. Use THWN or THHN that can be used in wet locations. Make sure you have a nice concentric flare tool, and a vacuum for the line set. This is very well made, super quiet and super efficient. Can't say enough good about this unit. For the btu output it has I can't believe how little power this heat pump uses. This i great for bumper days with hydronic heat and a combi boiler. It can help on risky short cycle days. And the air conditioner works like a charm. Make sure and maintain it well keeping the outside unit clean as well as the inside. Both should be cleaned at least yearly. It is huge on your wall so be prepared for that. Don't skimp on your install quality and make sure you properly run the condensate drain. It is a nice looking unit, but please start making them black. 🙂 Thanks Sennville for a great split unit at a great price. I plan to install more of these in the future. ... show more

  • Senville 24k BTU Heatpump
Size: 24000 BTU
For years I have been cooling my shop with a 18000btu thru wall air conditioning unit. It worked great however it was noisy and not energy efficient. It did not have heat and I used a 100lbs propane tank with a heater buddy to heat shop in winter months. Was not cost effective anymore as I run a business from my shop. For hours I scrolled thru reviews on Amazon for various brands and models. I ended up with the 21.5 seer heat pump 24000btu system. I have had it a couple weeks and boy does it cool my shop and I can barely hear it running! This was the best investment I have made. I brought home my hvac tools (primary job is HVAC). Pros: -easy to install (hvac background here) -extremely quiet -well packaged -quick delivery via FedEx freight -great price for a 21.5 seer system - excellent cooling haven’t tried heat yet as it’s 90 plus here still. Lol. cons: -The 4 wire power cable is shorter than the lineset which is 15 feet so knowing I would need extra I purchased a roll of 4 wire to extend the existing cable. -does not work with Senville app only works thru Alexa. Although not bad I wanted ability to control their separate app so I purchased the ceilo breez plus thermostat now all my mini splits can be controlled they one app. -not only problem with this brand however it’s all mini splits I do not like the condensation line that come with any mini split system so I run my own 3/4” pvc lineset with a Ptrap inline. ... show more

Senville is a brand that produces high-quality air conditioning units, heat pumps, and other HVAC products. I have had positive experiences with Senville products and can highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient air conditioning system. One of the things I appreciate about Senville is their commitment to energy efficiency. Many of their ductless mini-split air conditioning systems have high SEER ratings, which means they use less energy and can help lower energy bills. The units are also designed to be easy to install and operate, with user-friendly controls and a range of convenient features. Another aspect of Senville that I appreciate is their customer service. Whenever I've had questions or concerns, their representatives have been friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They truly seem to care about their customers and are committed to providing excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Senville air conditioning units for anyone in need of an efficient and reliable cooling solution. Whether you are looking to cool a single room or your entire home or office, Senville has a range of products to meet your needs, and their commitment to energy efficiency and customer satisfaction make them a top choice in the HVAC industry. ... show more

  • Great value
Size: 24000 BTU
I started out with the cheaper LETO model, then bought this AURA as a second mini-split for my 30x50 shop building. The difference between the cheaper Leto and this Aura are very noticeable at first glance. Despite both being a 24K unit, the Aura is physically much larger both the indoor and outdoor unit. I bought this in mid summer and I could do just fine with either one for A/C and keep the shop a comfortable 75F or so. In the dog days of summer, having both units on just gets the building to temperature much quicker (I typically don't leave them running all the time). My typical usage in summer raised my electric bill about $20 a month. Now that it's the dead of winter, I decided to write this review as I have a good idea about heating performance. If you live in a cold climate, the Aura is the one to get. It puts out more, hotter heat period. When temps get down in the low 20's or below, I need both units running and they're pretty much maxed out keeping temps in the 60's. When I'm not in the shop, I leave the Aura by itself on freeze protection mode and it maintains 45F or so in the shop at all times without costing a fortune. So far if I'm heating the shop on weekends (my typical use), my electric bill seems to have gone up $40 a month or so. Very cold weather will definitely give them a workout but they seem to handle it just fine. Installation isn't terribly difficult if you have the tools and knowledge, or are just handy and can watch Youtube videos and follow along. These larger units have corrugated copper lines so I didn't even attempt to cut lineset to size, not sure you even can. I mounted the first unit (Leto) with the lineset coiled up, but some have said that's a bad idea, so I mounted the lineset on the Aura in a serpentine fashion. Both are in the rear of the shop where they're not seen, so despite being a bit of an eyesore with the extra lineset length, it's never seen. Very happy with both, but the extra money for the Aura unit is well spent in my opinion. I photos where both are pictured, the Aura is the left unit outside, and the right unit when viewed inside the building. ... show more
