My Senville AC unit works great. I placed in in a bedroom approximately 9x12. It really cools the room. The AC actually gets cold. Some reviews have said that it was noiseless. It does produce some noise but it's not so much that it will run you out of the room. I really appreciate this unit.

This window ac is absolutely the best. Takes less than an hour to cool the room. Almost like you’re in a freezer. Noise is low when put on low cool. Would 100 percent recommend for anyone looking to buy a window ac this summer.

***update*** the ac still doesnt get cold. We spent over $100 for basically a fan. Tried to contact the seller but never heard back. I would def think twice before irsering from here. We live in a split level house and have 2 central ac units. On the one that goes to my bedroom and our living room the compressor doesn't kick on. So I've ordered parts but until we get it fixed I needed some cold air. I live in Texas and thankfully this spring and summer have been extremely mild so far. A window unit should be more than enough to keep my bedroom cool, even cold. Its pretty heavy but inwas able to carry it inside by myself. It comes with all the things you need to install. The things that go on either side of the ac and the piece you attach to the top of the ac to prevent it from sliding out of the window. I was able to easily install it on my own with just a screwdriver. I let it set for several hours in case the stuff inside that makes the air cold needed to settle. The cord is nice and long. I turned it on and let the air blow. After 2 hours of being on it has only blown mildly cool air.. I have turned it off and am letting it rest and will try again but right now I'm highly disappointed. ... show more

This is an AMAZING window A/C!!! I bought the 12,000 BTU because I have an open floor plan that includes a front room, a living room and a kitchen. I have the unit in the middle room, the living room, and it cools all 3 rooms. Installation took me about 30 mins, and I installed it by myself, and I'm a 58yo female. The lifting was the difficult part, but other then that, it was easy. I would buy this a/c unit again and again. I have an elevated home in the south and my house gets extremely hot in the summer......like 90 degrees with my central a/c unit on. I have a window a/c unit in the master bedroom and this unit in my living area. I am able to turn my central unit off and I get much more efficient cooling with just the window units. I love this unit and I would buy this product again if I needed one. ... show more
