If you’ve always had issues with sennheiser’s fit on your ears with their smaller earbuds, this is the one for you. These are not for working out, for those momentum sport would be the equivalent. They sound almost perfect with the exception of not hitting the highest highs, and the majority of “complaints” are probably because they somehow made it so these won’t hurt your hearing, so the gain is kept in check by its sound processing, which is a bonus honestly. They feature decent noise cancelling and some IPX protection for the buds only for light rain for your commute. Lastly, I think my favorite feature is multipoint connection so you don’t have to manage what it’s connected to though you still can manage that too through the app. They also have a wear sensor to pause if you take them out (can be disabled). The only issue for some might be that the touch controls have a very specific activation point which you’ll either love or hate based on how much you have to take them off and how often (it makes it easier to take them off without activating them). Check the other specs to see if it meets your needs, I don’t use buds to take calls (that’s a terrible use case for any bud), and for that I’d recommend something with a boom mic.

Other than being a lil heavy and not fitting exactly, but I never have found any that do, these things get really loud, sync easily, and provide sounds that I don’t hear otherwise. Sound is top notch typical Sennheiser for me. Just wish the buggers would stay in my ears better! The mic is alright, although I dont use it much. It does not sound as good as the boom mic on a call center type Plantronics headset, but it’s usable. Bettery life is good. I can easily listen to a whole Purple Rain Soundtrack, then Ritual de lo Habitual, and a few hours of YouTubes, then accidentally let it run out by taking them out and not putting them away properly or if I do, there’s still room for a little more Sneaker Pimps, UGK, or Nicolas Jaar before Damn! Gotta charge em again.

I got these after my 3rd set of Bose gave out after a year. It’s sad that no matter how much I spend, or how little, ear buds seem to only last 1 single year. But I digress. I decided to try the Sennheiser ACCENTUM. They fit great, sounded great with a noice canceling capability that was even above the Bose. A win win! Then, a week later…I began my day as usual and put in the earbuds. Something wasn’t right. The right side wasn’t working. Hmm ok I must’ve seated it wrong to charge. I looked at the app and sure enough it seemed to be the case. Odd, but oh well. Then the next week, same thing except this time everything seemed ok but after wearing them for 5 minutes the built in voice told me to charge the headset. This has happened on an irregular basis but no less than 3-4 times a month. I had reached out to sennheiser, but to no avail. Customer service must not be a priority with them. I haven’t bothered simply returning them because I have an extra headset I can use while I reseat the buds and charge them for an hour. Call me lazy - I would. The other shortcoming I have to list is the shorter battery life, at least compared to the Bose quietcomfort. It doesn’t even last a full six hours. The Bose lasted over 8. In the long run, I wear them for the noise canceling. The sound is good but I only listen to podcasts and audiobooks so there’s that. The app is ok and does have a lot more features than the Bose does. But that’s not really a selling point for me. In conclusion, I wouldn’t really recommend these until the charging issues are fixed. From what I’ve read in a few places, I certainly am not alone in having this issue. Why can’t there be a company that can produce something worthwhile. It’s not like the big names don’t have the experience. They just all want to make things substandard and over hype them. As if we are made of money. *sigh*

I’ve used Beats and Apple buds before this set. I love the audio quality, I can hear parts of music I would only expect from premium speakers. For the price point, these make a great gift for audiophiles. -one of buds might not charge (contact between electrodes in the case and earbud), so you need to be mindful slipping it back into the case, occasionally cleaning the contact points. I haven’t had enough trouble to be upset about it. -There is not a protective case that fits these. -Average listening time without popping them back in the case is 4hrs.

I don't know what the hell the bad reviews are about. These are awesome. I don't claim to be an Snob when it comes to good sound, but I think I know a thing or two being 42 Years old. I've heard my fair share of crappy headphones and ear buds. These ain't it. I don't know what earbuds these people have been having to. Make these look bad. But I would like to know what they're listening to. If it's making this look bad, 'cause this is amazing. Some people are just so hard to please. Can't a grip people. These things rock. I have big Sennheiser headphones too. And Sennheiser does an amazing job. Where you can actually hear sounds That you would not normally hear listening to subpar headphones or. Ear buds. You hear all the intricate sounds. When you listen to Sennheiser, these earbuds and my other big Sennheiser headphones, they. Both do the same thing and the app works great too.

Received these February 1st, 2025 and was pleased with the sound quality and the functions of the earbuds. It is now August 6th, and the right earbud has inexplicably stopped working. Judging by the slight tinny sound when I tap it while it's in my ear, an internal component came loose. I would appreciate a higher quality when it comes to internal construction of these earbuds. Would have liked to use them for the next few years but I'll have to buy a new pair after a mere six months. What's funny is that the most used earbud is the left one, which still performs well. Unsure how the right earbud managed to be of a worse quality.

EDIT 5-2026 ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, USELESS PIECES OF JUNK WITH THE WORST CONNECTIVITY EVER EXPERIENCED. SENNHEISER USED TO BE DECENT, NOW THE WALMART OF AUDIO. GFYS. EDIT 7-27-2024: After a few months, these will no longer work well with Windows 11. The buds did not react well to the latest firmware update as a few other function no longer work properly. Sound is great for the price. I like a nice and balanced sound - no exaggerated bass or treble. These provide a well-balanced sound, and if you're looking for something else, the app works quite well and will provide you with an EQ to customize to your liking. My only gripes - connection can be a little weird when you have a lot of other bluetooth devices around. Nothing major, I only had 1 or 2 hiccups after daily use for a month. My main gripe is the charging case - it's too lightweight, flimsy and slippery - not easy to keep a grip on. Considering the case is the ONLY way to charge these, if it slips out of your hands and breaks, you're screwed. I tried finding a protector for the case, but none are being made at this point.
