I have used this company's headsets before and this model keeps up the quality and performance of previous versions. I have used it for almost a week and taken my usual daily calls (typically 20-30/day). No issues with the voice quality on either end. Miles better than using the cellphone as a receiver. Bluetooth connects quickly and device notifies you when the battery is low. The design looks a little bulky but the weight is minimal and you forget you're wearing the device after ten minutes. Build quality is solid so long as you aren't throwing the device against something hard. Earbud fits snugly in the ear and doesn't irritate. Price is great for the value and I would highly recommend if you do a high volume of calls per week.

I bought this product for my daughter for virtual classes. She is quite happy and satisfied with its features. The first impression for this product was its very lightweight and being comfortable along with adjustable ear-hook for left and right. This wireless blue tooth was very easy to connect to her phone and laptop via Bluetooth. Based on her experience at first use, the music sounded great played with obviously good quality and the Noise Canceling Mic was fantastic. There are many more nice features to compliment, but it stop here by highly recommending this product at reasonable price along with the coupon granted at checkout. And We won another for free through the Lottery Card provided by the manufacturer.
