Started right up after assembling and putting in the gas and oil. Runs like a dream with that Bruggs and Stratton engine. Our last mower with this engine lasted over 20+ years!

I received the lawnmower today, and I was immediately impressed with how easy it was to get started. The packaging was simple to open, and setup was a breeze—just tighten a few screws, add oil and gas, and you’re good to go. Assembly-wise, I’d give it five stars. The engine runs well for a 125cc motor. It’s not a high-end mower, but for the price, it cuts efficiently and gets the job done. However, I did experience one issue on first use: about 30 minutes into mowing, the engine started producing a bluish-white smoke, which is usually a sign of too much oil. I followed the manual closely upon startup and double-checked the oil level twice before restarting. It smoked again briefly, so I let it cool for an hour. After that, it ran clean, and I was able to finish my yard without any further issues. I’m hoping this was just a break-in quirk and not a recurring problem. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the mower’s performance. If the motor holds up like my last Briggs & Stratton, which lasted five years, I’ll consider it a great purchase.

The first mower didn't work. However, the customer service was outstanding. They sent us a replacement and it works wonderfully. It is easy to operate and so far we are very pleased.

I was really excited about this mower! It was easy to assemble, and very lightweight. Getting it started was a breeze! It pushed easily and cut nicely. Sadly my mower broke during the first use, after about half the lawn was cut. It was working just fine, then it started sputtering and just shut off. I tried to start it again to no avail. Eventually, I opened the compartments to check and the oil level and gas level were perfectly fine. When I opened the oil reservoir it began smoking profusely. The mower wont start anymore. I am not sure what the issue could be.

I purchased this mower last June and it has been amazing for the cost, light weight does a fantastic job mowing and evidently the manufacturer is local to me. Only issue I’ve had is the throttle cable broke but the mower has a 2 year warranty that I registered. I called their customer service hoping to get the part. Sounds like they don’t make this mower anymore or the part at least so they sent me a replacement mower at no cost. I even got an upgrade because the exact model was out of stock. Super easy and friendly customer service.

For the amt/$ spent, not a bad mower. Box was slightly damaged. Oil on top of plastic engine housing. Foam air filter damp w/oil. Had to wash it several times & let it dry before use. Removed plastic covers to screws & nuts to get nuts on snugly--just leave them off. Hole not lined up on handle extension at Base to secure to mower on one side. A little loose, but I made it work. It has that annoying prime pump on the side. After a few pulls, it started. It did come earlier than expected, & the delivery man even brought it up the ramp onto my porch w/out being asked. Very nice. If it weren't for that, I would have rated this 2/5 stars. All things considered, fair purchase.
