We have only had these bikes for a few weeks, but the assembly was pretty darn easy and the bikes came as advertised. They are sturdy and heavy, but that is what we wanted. It is a very smooth ride on the extra large tires. All the components are working and the bike does have good pick up on acceleration in the pedal assist mode. We just wanted some fat tire ebikes to knock around the neighborhood and parks, so these fit the bill for the economical price compared to name brand bikes in the category. We are not using them as hard core weekend warrior mountain bikes, so we hope they last and get us around for a few years. The batter so far has stayed pretty well charged up. We have only put a few miles on them and we will soon ride them to empty to test the battery duration. Hope this helps.

And this review is just as much for my shopping and customer service experience with Amazon as it is for the Archon Pro ebike and the Senada Bike company. After receiving the Archon Pro ebike delivery (very quickly and seemingly undamaged) we followed the instructions that came with the bike to assemble it. Not very much information with the instructions , left a lot to be desired for as well as with operating instructions as well. After assembly was complete we took the new ebike for our first ride, took a little figuring out but all was great, a lot a fun! During the second ride the power to the ebike completely shut off (with a full battery) and would not power back on. Had to walk the heavy bike back home to try and figure out what went wrong. That was, sadly, the last time we rode the bike. After making sure all connections were solid and the battery was ok (checked with multi meter, it read 54.6 v for 48v bat) I immediately contacted Amazon and Senada. After all it was only 1 day old and has a 1 year warranty. After weeks of getting run around from both places, taking hundreds of photos and videos and sending countless emails, texts and phone calls Amazon ultimately told me they could not help me, that I needed to contact Senada directly. The treatment we have received from them is even worse, if possible. Complete avoidance, stall tactics and no assistance or resolution. And I know what they are both trying to do, stall until the return window has passed. How incredibly shady and sad. I paid $1,000.00 for a bike that worked 1 day and now it's even too heavy to even use as a regular bike! What a joke. Do not waste your time or money as Senada will not help you when the bike fails and Amazon won't either. BUYER BEWARE!

The bike is fantastic and fits a 6’2” 260 male. Works as marketed, you can ride it like a non electric mountain bike or use peddle assist or make it a moped. Peddle assist is up to you how much, how little and how fast. Brackets on baskets are a little challenging to screw in by yourself, else easy assembly, about an hour from box to riding. I got two flat tires because of thorns in Eastern Washington dirt road ride and going into some small brush on side roads, fortunately got got back to dirt road for pickup. This bike is heavy without battery pack and with….. you are bat carrying this out. I ordered new thicker tubes and will add tire repair kit to my bike in event of flats going forward. You will enjoy the new ride and I saved extra two hundred buying on Amazon, hundred less then direct with Sanaa discount, Plus you could return without issue if you didn’t like or have issues with bike.
