My wife has her own business and wanted a water cooler for it, so when I saw this, I picked it up for her. It came packaged just fine with no defects that I could see. We got it set up for her pretty easily and loaded it with water. It does a great job of dispensing delicious water, and even her clients have said they enjoyed it. All in all, if you are looking for a water cooler, this works great.

I've been using it for a few weeks before writing this review. This self-cleaning water dispenser for 5-gallon bottles performs well overall. The bottom-loading design is really friendly to people like me with bad backs, and I don't have to carry water up and down to change the water. The three temperature options (hot water, room temperature, and cold water) are very convenient, especially the hot water, which comes out quickly and is just right for making tea or coffee, and the cold water is indeed cold enough. The LED display is clear, the buttons are responsive, and you can see them clearly at night. The operation is intuitive and uncomplicated. The machine also has an empty bottle alarm function, which reminds you when you're almost done drinking, so you don't run out of water suddenly, which is very considerate. In terms of appearance, the stainless steel material with the black panel looks very textured, and it looks quite classy when placed in the corner of the kitchen

This is a water cooler that will take away a bumbling joke - you know the one - someone picks up a 5 gallon water bottle, trying to flip it over and get it into the top of the water cooler, spilling water all over the place. This one sits up right into the bottom. That's it. Just open the door, slide it in and hook it up. No need to lift a massively heavy water bottle. No need to flip it around. No need for a laugh track behind you as you do it. It keeps water cold and gives you quick heated water as well. It's a good looking cooler and functions very well.
