The ítem arrived on time. No external issues, however when we plugged it it did not produce cold water at all. Was dissapointed on it for that reason.

Does what it says but barely holds any cold water, plastic taste wont go away and there’s no safety switch on the hot side so seems pretty dangerous if you have kids. Not impressed. Tried to return but I have to pay for shipping. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this

it looked used. it works but had scratches. not bad enough to have to go through the trouble of returning it. so not sure if its this seller thst sent me a used one or the comoany it self. either way I got screwed over.
