We were waiting to put this in our nursery for late night feeds and convince since we live in a 2-story home. Purchased in February, just set up yesterday and it doesn't even work! We charged it, kept it plugged in while attempting, no water will disepense. You can see all the lights, you can select the mL of water but when you go to press the power button to dispense again it won't. We have the larger version by another seller that works great. Too late to be able to return unfortunately but buyer bewear.

We bought this dispenser back in November because it seemed easy to use and clean as needed. It worked great until it ran out of battery. We tried charging from multiple different cables and outlets and it just won’t charge. Each time it will dispense for a few seconds and then stop. We tried everything to reset or charge but no luck. Now it’s just a piece of junk.

So I bought this about a month ago, we have used it daily for that amount of time. Finally needed to be charged. Plugged it in to a type c charger and nothing. I had a rapid charger. On the back is says what kind you need, much lower power. Found one of those chords and it charged right up. Great product. Okay, here I am again. Had to charge this a second time and this time it didn't hold a charge. Tried three different chargers and it no longer works.

The dispenser is powered by USB-C charging cable. Once it's charged up it can be moved to a convenient location. The are 3 different dispensing levels which can be selected with one touch of the filling volume button. The steel faucet swivels, which is important to me because I selected the dispenser to refill water bottles while out in the field. The dispenser is designed to be used with 5 gallon water jugs. However it work fine with my remote water station jug. The pump is louder than I expected. The sound is okay when I'm outdoors, but something to consider when I use the dispenser inside at meetings. I couldn't easily disassemble the dispenser without dripping water on the base. Strong, steady water flow fills multiple size glasses quickly. The faucet height is well suited for coffee mugs and standard water glasses.
