The design of this automatic litter box is sleek and modern, and the app features are definitely interesting — we were genuinely excited to try it out at first. However, once we started using it, a few issues came up. The noise level during cleaning was quite loud, enough to startle our cat every time it cycled. She became hesitant to use it, which kind of defeated the purpose. On top of that, urine would often stick to the bottom of the pan, so we still had to clean it manually almost every day. Had an issue with my first unit and was sent another one. I definitely like the raking system with the Purrtek light. Very satisfied in the performance. My cats used it right after setting it up. So there happy. I have nothing but positive things to say about Petcoves customer service. They went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. Every person that has a cat should own this! I love that it is regular litter nothing special that you have to buy. The cat litter bags are drawstring which is nice for mess purposes. It was very easy to set up and I have used it manual auto via my phone etc all functions work great. It’s big but not overwhelming I have four cats and they are inside outside but I go for at least two weeks in between it being full. I got one for a present and immediately bought one for my BF as I had to share! ... show more

    • Many flaws
The cleaning cycle was pretty loud—loud enough to startle our cat each time it ran. She became reluctant to use it, which somewhat defeated the purpose. Additionally, urine frequently stuck to the bottom of the pan, so we ended up having to clean it by hand almost daily.
