The setup process was a bit puzzling at first However, after i asked customer service, I discovered the right app and was pleasantly surprised by how intuitive it became once connected. What truly stands out is its ability to maintain a fresh environment effortlessly. Even during the busiest weeks, the sealed waste compartment locks away odors completely—no more greeting guests with that telltale 'cat owner' scent. The automatic cleaning cycle operates so quietly that my cats barely notice it, and the delayed start feature ensures they’re never interrupted mid-use. I did need a few days to adjust the timing settings to match my cats' habits, but once personalized, it felt like the device truly understood our rhythm. Refilling litter through the designated hatch requires a bit of patience but a handheld vacuum nearby helps with minor spills, and the ease of waste bag changes more than compensates—simply pull out the drawer and replace the bag in seconds. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be clearer onboarding guides for non-tech-savvy users. The product is easy to use, and the application is great and straightforward. You have access to a lot of useful data that you can share with the vet during appointments.
